ParticipantHi, The inventory is increasing with every new sale through WooTickets. For instance the inventory is 12 and when someone just purchased a ticket, the inventory went up one when it was purchased. I looked through the forum and there was one inquiry on this, but since has been closed. Can you help please. I’m using a WooTheme, so thought I wouldn’t be having problems. Thanks.

ParticipantHi, aldentecooking. That behavior sounds really frustrating.
Unfortunately, there are a number of WooThemes that have conflicts with our plugin. Would you mind telling me which theme you’re using?
Also, what happened when you tested with Twenty Eleven or Twenty Twelve and all plugins except for WooCommerce, The Events Calendar, and WooCommerce Tickets enabled?

ParticipantSuperstore is the theme I am using. http://www.aldentecolorado.com is the website if you want to check it out. Click on Events and that’s where people can click on a class and add the number of events in the class. The adding to the inventory doesn’t happen on every time someone purchases a ticket, it seems random. The last time it did it was when I had 8 spots filled out of 12 and when the 9th was purchased, it added another class spot in the inventory so it said we had 9/13. So it was still allowing for four more class spaces when it really should have said 9/12. Have you gotten any other inquires about this? I have to manually add it. One time my class over booked by two spaces because of this problem.

ParticipantHi, aldentecooking. Thanks for giving us some more info about your issue.
It looks like this may be related to an old version of WooCommerce running on your site. Please try upgrading to a more recent version and see what happens. (You’ll want to be sure to backup your site before upgrading just in case something else goes wrong.) Hopefully, that should be all it takes to resolve the inventory increase issue.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, aldentecooking. From the looks of it, you’re good to go.
I’m going to close this thread for now. Please start a new topic if there’s anything else we can do to help.
