MemberHi shawntarlo:
Please accept our apologies for this extraordinary delay first of all. We do strive to respond to all threads within 24hrs (during the working week and excepting statutory holidays etc) and we’ve clearly failed to do so here.
By way of explanation, we have just migrated to a set of new support tools and regrettably that’s generated some issues affecting the delivery of support – however I will review your original thread and update you there as soon as I can (probably within the hour).
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi, thanks for getting in touch.
I’m not clear as to what you are trying to achieve here – can you give a step-by-step example illustrating your goals?

MemberAlso, we’ve noticed that the name of the Organizer seems to be duplicated in ECP in the post Title and within the custom field _OrganizerOrganizer. Can you explain the logic behind when the post Title is used, and when this custom field is used?
You’re right, and that’s a little untidy. I’ll certainly make a note for us to do something there – _OrganizerOrganizer certainly seems superfluous.
Right now though for read purposes you can treat that meta field as being an alias of the post title. Any custom code that updates or creates organizers though would however need to ensure both fields are equal.

MemberThe problem with removing entire scripts is that other facets besides ajax refreshes may be affected. The snippet you referenced is pretty old and I’m not sure it is still current – we don’t use pjax any longer, for example. You could try dequeuing tribe-events-calendar, though, if you want to explore this approach further (so essentially remove the pjax dequeue statement completely and update the other one to tribe-events-calendar.
Does that help here?

MemberIf you can share your error logs and system info here (if they are long or there are multiple files please use a service like Dropbox – or even make them accessible by uploading them to your WP site) that would be great. You can use our private reply facility if you prefer.
I need to have this issue resolved as soon as possible; is there another support method I should be resorting to?
No – here on the forum is the correct venue for support requests.
Barry
MemberI’m sorry to hear that – but I do sympathize and understand your position here.
To request a refund, please email us at the following address. If you can also include a copy of your receipt (or receipts) with your email and a link to this thread (so that the relevant team member sees the context of the request) that would be appreciated:

MemberAhh, I see what you mean. That seems to be due to some stylesheet rules your theme adds. If you follow the steps in our Themer’s Guide (link over on the right) and create a custom tribe-events.css stylesheet, you could try adding the following rule within it:
table.tribe-mini-calendar thead td div { background: #444; }Does that help here?

MemberI don’t think there’s too much more we can offer here and will go ahead and close this thread. Please do add your voice over on UserVoice – all feedback and suggestions are appreciated!
Barry
MemberI’m afraid it’s up to you to solve that part of the problem. I don’t know what your checkbox is intended to control, so that makes it difficult to offer suggestions as to how the query should be modified – and, as an advanced customization, it’s really something we have to leave in your hands.
If you like, we can certainly provide you with a list of freelancers/independent developers who may be able to offer more complete assistance if you need additional support on this one?
Barry
MemberSince I don’t think there’s much more we can do here right at this time I’m inclined to close this thread. Before I do so, do you have any further questions about this issue? You can of course create new threads for any separate problems/questions.
Thanks!

MemberI’m interested in the fact that it is redirecting to a page with the slug not_found – can you confirm if this is facilitated by custom code/a plugin? I do note that you tried deactivating all other plugins and reverting to a default (and hopefully unmodified!) theme – did that have any impact on this?
Barry
MemberHi snorton: does that at least explain the background to the situation / do you think it might be something different in your case?
