MemberWe’re making some changes to week view in order to make it scroll to the time of the earliest event (in the context of week view) so that might suit your needs for the first part of your issue, though you will need to wait one or possibly a number of releases before that is deployed: beyond that – or if you need a solution in the short term – it’s really something you would need to drive forward by yourself and we’ve got lots of useful documentation on making custom changes throughout our site as you’re probably aware:
It would be great if a general “Time frame” (i.e. corresponding to our office hours) could be set in the ECP settings. Not everyone wants to range Events on 24 hours basis.
That certainly makes sense, though it will likely continue to be the case that these are two separate customizations that you would need to make. Right now though the process of tweaking elements like this is a little involved – you’re welcome to dive in and see what you can do of course – but it’s not something we can help with at this time.
We do have some changes scheduled though to help improve the ease with which the Filter Bar can be customized, so you can look forward to improvements in this arena as the plugin develops.
Thanks for the questions!

MemberLooks fine to me. The very same code creates no issues on my side – the appropriate labels are changed to “Accessibility” and “Keywords”. Perhaps you could change the WP_DEBUG setting in wp-config.php to true and report back with any pertinent error messages that are displaying?
This approach is one we’ve used successfully on the team and with a number of customers, so I’m unsure why it would be problematic in your case – but any error messages you might uncover (or you could view the server error log if you have sufficient access) might point us in the right direction as to what is going wrong in your case.

MemberCan you set up a test site – locally or in the same environment, perhaps within a subdirectory – and run through these steps there? You could even essentially do it in reverse: start with a fresh copy of WordPress, add only our plugins and WooCommerce initially, and see if everything works as expected.
Then add in everything else that runs on your live site, including the theme, testing each time you add something to see if the problem has come back.
Does that help?

MemberApologies for the confusion. I was reviewing older threads and realized that, once again, you were unable to view this – let me repost what I wrote earlier.
OK, thanks for sharing that.
I’m taking a guess that I need to add those widgets to the Bottom Sidebar, yet that sidebar will not display (even if I ensure the relevant box is checked when editing a page, ie: Bottom Sidebar: Show). With that in mind it’s difficult to suggest what might be the problem and unfortunately we can’t really spend too much more time troubleshooting this specific theme.
One thing I did notice that you might try, however, is that the theme adds a width setting to widgets (for use in horizontal sidebars). In your case, ensuring this is also at 1/3 for the event widget might do the trick.
Can you give that a whirl?

MemberHi kosovichmedia,
I’m sorry for any inconvenience you’re facing here.
This is something we are aware of and wish to address – it’s already on our issue tracker and if you can bear with us a little longer we’ll do our best to fix this in an upcoming release.

MemberHi mending,
Here’s a snippet that would let you hide the event category entry: http://pastebin.com/zhKHn6sF … if you still want the category to display, but not function as a link, then that would be a little more advanced.
Similarly so for the organizer – however I’m not sure if you are interested in that entire group (organizer name, phone and website) or simply want to remove (or unlink) the organizer name – can you clarify?
We do also have some documentation in relation to the meta walker you might be interested in:

Does that help?

MemberHi rajpjhaveri,
I’m sorry to hear you are having problems.
Can you confirm what exactly this error message is and if you continue to experience with with no other plugins activated and only a default, unmodified theme (such as Twenty Twelve) running?
Thanks!
