I installed the calendar “widget” and it displays the current page as part of the event list. It does disappear when a date is selected. Is there any way to disable this from happening? Thanks!

    Hi!

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

That certainly doesn’t sound like normal behaviour – but can you share a link to the site in question so I can see this and be sure I’m understanding you correctly?

    Thanks!

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for your help. Here’s a link to the site (please note still under construction). http://69.195.74.229/about/

As you can see on the left side, it says “About” beneath the calendar. But if you click on a different date (ie. Feb 20), it pulls up the proper event. We just want to set it to not pull anything until someone clicks on a date.

    Thanks!
    David

That’s strange and it shouldn’t be doing that, ordinarily.

Can you try deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default, unmodified theme – does the calendar widget behave in this way then? Assuming for the moment it does not, can you reactivate everything and check at each problem to see if the problem has started?

    Thanks!

It’s been a while now – hopefully you managed to find a solution – and I will go ahead and close this thread, but if we can assist with anything else please do feel free to create further threads as needed. Thanks!
