MemberAs it’s been a while I’ll go ahead and close the thread: I’m sorry you didn’t receive the service you expected, however we do try to make it clear that we don’t ordinarily offer email based support. Additionally, integration issues with third party plugins are, sadly, not something we can generally assist with.
So while I appreciate this irked you somewhat, this was neither a problem with our plugin as such (any more than it was with WordPress SEO) and we couldn’t realistically have provided much more.
If we can assist with anything else though please don’t hesitate to open new threads and we’ll be happy to help 🙂

MemberI’m sorry we missed your reply: as it’s been a number of weeks at this point I’ll go ahead and close the thread – I’d only remark that from the outset WooCommerce Tickets (or WooTickets as it originally was) was intended to be a simple and robust ticketing solution – not a comprehensive event management tool.
That said, I’m sorry we haven’t met your expectations but hopefully the product will develop into something that more closely fits your needs over time.
