MemberHi Vladimir,
Unfortunately it is not always possible to add structured data that validates, such as if key information is missing from an event (and, in practice, it doesn’t seem to stop search engines and other tools from consuming what structured data is available).
Can you point me to a specific example of an event/widget output that doesn’t validate so I can take a look?

MemberHi Dirk,
I’m sorry to hear you’ve been hitting up against difficulties.
We used to be able to resend tickets in the customer orders screen. This suddenly, without any changes made to the website, vanishedβ¦
It’s really strange for something to just break like this if literally nothing changed. Are you positive that you did not recently update any plugins, your theme or change any settings?
Could anything have changed in relation to your hosting environment?
The tickets are not sending at all! They can be bought and people receive the Woocommerce e-mails but the tickets are not sentβ¦
That is odd. Did this begin happening at the same time as the first problem?

MemberHi Jonny,
These sorts of tweaks are definitely possible!
The first thing to do is check out our Themer’s Guide which gives a high level overview of safely making modifications like these. From there you may be interested in the following:
- Tutorial: adding sold out notices to list view
- Forum post: changing the “out of stock” text
- Technical docs: tribe_events_count_available_tickets() function
Between those you should get a good idea of how to piece this together – I hope that helps π

I’ll go ahead and close this topic, but if any other issues arise please don’t hesitate to create a fresh topic and one of the team will be only too happy to assist.
Barry
MemberNo problem Parvez – and since you’re in contact by email I will go ahead and close out the topic.
I hope to see you again over on the Filter Bar forum!
Barry
MemberIn theory, yes π … but given this is an imperative aspect of your project I do wish to emphasize that we cannot offer any guarantees here – sometimes further tweaks are required when integrating two plugins by different vendors.
We make good use of the WooCommerce API for this sort of reason and presumably/hopefully this other plugin does, too, so they ought to mesh: but just be aware there could be some detail work to resolve π
Thanks!
Barry
MemberI don’t believe we knew of this one – and I can’t immediately locate similar reports with a WooCommerce angle from other users.
Glad in any case that it’s resolved π

MemberHi superbigcat,
Are you happy with the process for adding custom CSS (essentially, a new stylesheet living at themes/YOUR_THEME/tribe-events/tribe-events.css as described here)? If so, you could try adding this rule:
.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-event-image img { display: block; float: none ; }Does that work for you?

MemberWe don’t currently offer direct swaps, I’m afraid, but you could certainly email us (with a copy of your purchase receipt), explain the situation – a link to this topic should do – and request a refund for your purchase of Events Calendar PRO.

Thanks!

MemberI’m sorry to hear that. Again, IE9 is sufficiently old at this point that our support is going to be very limited in this regard.
That said, I’m interested to know if this is a problem even with a default theme/no other plugins but our own running (I see you indicated having run through those steps when you opened this topic) – as though this may well occur even then it’s also possible that it is the result of a conflict somewhere along the line, albeit one that only shows up in IE9 or earlier.

MemberHi! It’s been a while so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread. If we can help with anything else, though, please don’t hesitate to create new threads as needed. Thanks!

MemberHi Carl,
I’m not too sure what you mean – but I see you marked this as resolved so I’m guessing there’s no further problem.
If this is something that might trip other users up though I’d love to hear more in case there’s anything we can do differently?

MemberIt’s not too easy for me to answer this question as I’m not entirely sure how your Gravity Forms-based solution has been put together or when/where it runs.
Where is it pulling its list of products from? I’m missing a few pieces of the puzzle here and you or whomever put the customization together should really be better placed to take things forward at this point.
