I have recently updated my plug in for the Pro Version and now it won’t let me import Facebook events manually or take them from my Facebook on a daily basis. Did the API or something change my site?
Give me a moment to run a few tests and I’ll get back to you. In the meantime, just to avoid any confusion, when you state the you updated the pro version do you mean you have additionally updated Events Calendar PRO (in addition to Facebook Importer)?
Carl: at least initially I find there is no problem importing events via the latest release of Facebook Importer – can I ask you to further confirm that you followed our complete troubleshooting steps but did not uncover any conflicts?
Could you give me an example of one of the events you are trying to import – and could you also share your system information (you should find this within the Events → Help screen)?
It’s been a while so I’m going to go ahead and close this topic.
