The tickets are not sending at all! They can be bought and people receive the Woocommerce e-mails but the tickets are not sent… Please help!

It’s really strange for something to just break like this if literally nothing changed. Are you positive that you did not recently update any plugins, your theme or change any settings?
Could anything have changed in relation to your hosting environment?
The tickets are not sending at all! They can be bought and people receive the Woocommerce e-mails but the tickets are not sent…
That is odd. Did this begin happening at the same time as the first problem?

Thank you for the quick respons. It happened at the same time I just noticed it later.
The only thing we changed/updated is actually the update of events calendar pro.Strange isn’t it?

MemberDefinitely. Oddly – even with the latest version of Events Calendar PRO – this issue is not something I find I am able to replicate.
Are you in a position to run through our standard troubleshooting steps, or if you have a test site could you do so there?
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but without being able to see the same problem there is the possibility that a conflict is at work here.

Thank you for the quick replies. I didn’t expect for you to know exactly what could be done but just hoped it was a none bug or something the like.
We ended up reinstalling everything from ‘the events calendar’ (pro, community and wootickets) and it works again. It solved the problem we’ve been having and apparently the software ran into some kind of error internally.
Filter bar still doesn’t work for us but that’s something for a different thread I think. 🙂

That’s really quite a strange chain of events, I’m not sure what could have gone wrong.
Definitely do post a question about your Filter Bar issue in that forum though – if you haven’t already done so – and one of the team will be happy to help.
