MemberHi Boris,
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
Just to be clear, is the problem in WooCommerce’s receipt/order confirmation email or the actual email that contains the tickets themselves (or both)?

MemberThat is odd.
Could you take a screenshot of the notification settings for either or both those forms, upload it either to your website or a service like Dropbox and then share the link here?
Unfortunately I remain unable to replicate locally so I’m not sure what might be behind this.
Thanks for your patience while we look into this!

MemberI’m glad you figured something out here 🙂
That being the case I’ll go ahead and close this topic – but of course if this or anything else should crop up in the future please don’t hesitate to post new topics and let us know.
Thanks again!

MemberHi Nicholas,
That’s not a stupid question at all.
There are actually a few ways you can do this – but one of the most popular and most widely available systems is phpMyAdmin. If your site happens to be hosted using a package that offers CPanel (or some similar web interface) you may even find this app is already installed.
Might that work in your case?

MemberHi cookieweb,
How puzzling – I’m not sure why that would be and I can’t actually replicate the problem locally.
Can you clarify if this problem impacts all notification and confirmation emails dispatched by Gravity Forms?
I’m also curious if are you finding this happens only when The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are activated, or if activating The Events Calendar by itself sufficient to block the sending of emails?
Last but not least, is it possible any customization work survived your troubleshooting steps, or might you have any Gravity Forms add-ons which were left in place?
We are running a test server to try and resolve this so let me know if you want logins.
I appreciate the offer!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
Thanks!

MemberFor sure – it was definitely worth highlighting – but in this case I think we’re basically looking at two separate problems (albeit they both impact the single event titles).

MemberHi Eva,
There aren’t too many hints I can offer here, I’m afraid.
There may be plugins out there which detect when users belonging to the contributor role submit events and fire off an email to the site administrator – or there may be plugins which almost do this and which you can adapt to fit your own needs.
Really it’s a case of going out and searching for them, I’m afraid I don’t know of any off the top of my head and don’t have any recommendations to make – the reason I suggested this is that it just sounds like the sort of thing someone may already have written a solution for.
In terms of rolling this out as a customization, again there isn’t too much I can offer you here – the basic mechanics would be adding a custom action to “listen” for events being submitted for review, then some code to conditionally send an email to the administrator … but you’d need a basic working knowledge of WordPress development to put this in place and I’m afraid we can’t help with customizations like this one here.

MemberWell, that’s good news (though it’s a shame you had to start again completely) 🙂
In that case I’ll go ahead and close this topic – but of course please feel free to post new topics if anything else crops up.
Thanks again!
