ParticipantWhen The Events Calendar is activated Gravity forms isn’t working – by this I mean the forms and are sent but the email notifications are not arriving. I have disabled all plugins to test – but when we deactivate The Events Calendar all forms work as they should.
I’m running the latest version of Gravity Form 1.9.6 and the latest versions of the Events Calendar & Pro. I have disabled the theme and am running TwentyFourteen but the problem is still there.
We are running a test server to try and resolve this so let me know if you want logins. Thanks for your help on this.

MemberHi cookieweb,
How puzzling – I’m not sure why that would be and I can’t actually replicate the problem locally.
Can you clarify if this problem impacts all notification and confirmation emails dispatched by Gravity Forms?
I’m also curious if are you finding this happens only when The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are activated, or if activating The Events Calendar by itself sufficient to block the sending of emails?
Last but not least, is it possible any customization work survived your troubleshooting steps, or might you have any Gravity Forms add-ons which were left in place?

I appreciate the offer!
However, our current policy is not to accept logins or to log in to customer servers/WordPress installations.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Barry,
We have TEC Pro – but have also switched this off. The only two plugins activated are TEC and Gravity Forms – both running latest version.
I am running 3 forms – but one is for MailChimp so I have disabled that. Neither notifications reach me when TEC is on. Even if I go into the Gravity forms “entries” area and try to resend the notification from there. It’s like turning on TEC has disabled the mail function in Gravity.
We have removed all modifications to TEC and are just running the latest version. I have checked the function file and there is nothing in there that would be conflicting. I am also tested by switching off HTML5 and NoConflict mode in Gravity forms but doesn’t make any difference.
I don’t know how to check for the version of JQuery running but we have the following versions running:
PHP Version 5.3.3
MySQL Version 5.0.83
WordPress Version 4.2.1
Gravity Forms Version 1.9.6Please advise?

ParticipantActually – I just want to clarify something.
In fact we can “resend the notification” from within the Gravity forms administration area. So it will arrive in my inbox from there. But not when the form is submitted from the page. Also when we activated WooThemes custom contact page we received emails using this contact form. It seems peculiar to Gravity and TEC.
I will send on the website page in a private email so you can at least look at the form on the website.

MemberThat is odd.
Could you take a screenshot of the notification settings for either or both those forms, upload it either to your website or a service like Dropbox and then share the link here?
Unfortunately I remain unable to replicate locally so I’m not sure what might be behind this.
Thanks for your patience while we look into this!

MemberThanks!
I don’t actually see anything amiss there, but it was worth a shot.
This problem is doubly strange because not only am I unable to replicate the issue but, with as popular a plugin as Gravity Forms, I’d have expected something of a mini surge in posts from other users if this was a general bug.
While not wanting to “pass the buck”, I wonder if you might reach out to Gravity Forms in case their team have any thoughts on this?
