MemberHi Lance,
It may be possible to add a new “export button” specifically targeting users of Microsoft Outlook. While that’s not a customization we can help you with here on the forums it could be worth exploring.
We’d equally be receptive to the same thing if posted as a feature request. This would allow others to comment and vote on the idea, giving us a better sense of how much demand there may be – my concern being this does not for instance appear to be an issue with outlook.com, so I wonder if this is only an issue with legacy/desktop versions of Outlook.

MemberWhile it adds new capabilities it doesn’t have any additional requirements beyond those of our core plugin – so you should be good 🙂

MemberThanks kdotngo,
Again we have a new release in the works that should address some of these issues: please hold tight and if there is still a problem once the next version is delivered please post a new topic of your own and one of the team will be only too happy to help.
I did the latest updates and my tickets are not showing up at the bottom of the event description anymore.
If you are already using Eventbrite Tickets 3.9.5 please edit the event and ensure the tickets are set to display – again, if that doesn’t help, please create a fresh support topic and someone will help you as soon as they can 🙂
Apologies for the disruption in the meantime.

MemberHi Kathleen,
I’m sorry to hear you’re bumping up against some difficulties, here.
I’m curious, do you have a test site where you can set up The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and a fresh, unmodified and unconfigured copy of your theme (Avada)?
Out of the box, without any settings changes (or with the minimum possible changes to make the theme usable) – do you still hit this problem?
(I’m curious because that’s a fairly popular theme, and I wondered if it impacts all installations running Avada and our own plugins or only when it is configured in a certain way.)
Thanks!

MemberHi Danielle,
That’s odd and not something we normally see reports of.
As in the other topic you recently created, can you confirm which theme this occurs with/if you are seeing the problem even with a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Fifteen?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi there Lance – yes, I would recommend giving Andy’s plugin a whirl here if you need to modify this behaviour.

MemberHi Danielle,
Sorry to hear you’ve bumped up against a few difficulties here.
Is this something you are finding crops up with a specific theme/are you finding it occurs with unmodified default themes such as Twenty Fifteen?
What is the theme in question – and does toggling the template setting found in Events → Settings → Display help at all?
Thanks!

MemberHi Brian,
Generally speaking it should “just work” 🙂
Since our core product – The Events Calendar – is freely available (and our other event plugins build on its foundations) why not take it for a spin in your target environment?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Kelsey,
Thanks for the suggestions!
For the Calendarpro for Google application, can you please have the current date displayed as the face of the application?
I’m not too sure what you’re referring to exactly here – are you positive this is something that relates to our own product line-up?
Also, it would be nice to have an increasing number on reoccurring events such as anniversaries and birthdays.
That’s an interesting idea.
For this and your first idea, why not expand on why you would like to see these changes (and if you’d need to be able to turn them on/off) then post them on our UserVoice page – that way other users can comment and add their support 🙂
Thanks!

MemberHi Eva,
So does this only impact events submitted through Community Events?
I do also note that you are using Enfold which ships with a number of customizations targeting The Events Calendar. Every now and again these can be a source of breakages. With that in mind, I wonder if you could do the following test:
- Please switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Fifteen
- Is the problem still apparent?
- Still with Twenty Fifteen activated, submit a new event through Community Events
- Is the problem apparent for this newly created event?
Thanks!

MemberHi Matt – sounds interesting – while we don’t provide customization services ourselves perhaps you could find a suitably skilled designer/developer on one of the many excellent freelance marketplaces?
Do you have a link to a contact form that you would like to post in this topic (in case interested members of the community wish to offer their services, here)?

MemberOK – but even so – usually chains of events can be trashed en masse by opening them in the editor and using the Trash link.
In this case, are you able to trash these duplicate chains of events by such a mechanism?
