MemberHi Paul,
There is no need to repeatedly post the same thing 🙂
As I covered in the other topic you commented on, the best way to seek help here is to create a forum topic of your own (one per individual problem or issue).
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Paul,
Please feel welcome to follow this topic, but if you need help specifically for your own site it is best to create a fresh topic of your own (our policy is one issue or problem per forum topic and, ideally, one user per topic, too) … one of the team will then be only too happy to help 🙂
Thanks!

MemberI’m glad that one worked out 🙂
(By way of update on the original issue, we’re in the process of running quality assurance checks on our fix and hope to get that out as quickly as we can.)

MemberDefinitely do add your support for this idea on our UserVoice page – we genuinely are always listening and posting feature requests there helps us to see how much demand there is.
Again, because this is a further customization we can’t really take this too much further – I am interested in trying to get a better sense of what aspect of the problem lies with your theme and which doesn’t – that wasn’t quite clear to me.
Can you clarify?

MemberHi @nthomas,
That’s not something I can replicate, based on the details you’ve given me.
We’d be happy to help – but it is a quite different issue from the one you initially reported. With that in mind, could you create a new topic for this problem?
Please do include a link to the Eventbrite event in question (or a note of the Eventbrite ID).
Thanks!

MemberHi Sophie,
Yes – that’s absolutely fine.
The best course of action here is to install and activate it on both sites but only register it on one (ie, the live site, which you can do through the license settings tab).
We have no objection to this whatsoever so long as the extra site is used only for dev/staging purposes.
I hope that answers your question but do let me know if we can help with anything else 🙂

MemberHi @mauitime,
Try changing the line reading:
if ( ! empty( $image_src ) ){To:
if ( ! empty( $featured_image ) ){This is needed because a change in the actual filter hook means the
$image_srcvariable is no longer available. Does that work for you?(Though you don’t have to, you could further tidy things up by removing
$image_srcfrom the list of arguments accepted by the function. I’ve asked Gustavo to update the snippet in question.)June 24, 2015 at 6:26 am in reply to: Tickets module disappeared from ALL events on WordPress #972532Barry
MemberHi @nthomas (and everyone else),
We’re very sorry for the disruption.
Eventbrite recently made a further change to their API and, regrettably, that has stopped the plugin from operating as expected.
The snippet you linked to was intended to provide temporary relief and allow tickets from imported events to show on the frontend of the site (ie, within single event pages).
So far as I am aware nothing further has changed on that front and on testing that same snippet this morning it continues to behave as expected.
It is not however a fix-all and the substantive fix for this problem – which we are working hard on – should be with us soon. I can promise you we are acutely aware of the disruption triggered by the recent API changes and are doing our best to get a complete fix in your hands as quickly as we can.
With the exception of @nthomas, who created this topic, I would ask that if you have any further questions or concerns on this issue that you create new topics of your own to help us provide you with the best service we can.
Thanks again and our further apologies for these issues.

MemberHi Tysha,
It sounds like the sort of problem that can crop up with various themes owing to the way they’ve integrated featured images.
However, we don’t provided technical support in the pre-sales forum and the best course of action if you need further help with this is to either login (if you have an account and a valid license) and post in our Events Calendar PRO forum – or else post on the wordpress.org support forum, where we also offer an amount of support.
Thanks!

MemberHi Kim,
Thanks for your interest!
We don’t currently make use of open-to-anyone affiliate programs but, for businesses of the right size that have interesting product ideas/services lined up, there is always potential for a relationship 🙂
Why not email us, outlining your proposal and describing your new product in a little more detail?

MemberHi Andy,
I’m sorry to hear the update through up some hurdles. The filepath in your error message caught my eye:
plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/pro/widgets/list-widget.php
The “double” pro directories is definitely unusual, and do not exist in our official download. I’m unsure why that might be happening and I cannot replicate this problem locally (nor have I seen other reports of this specific problem).
As it’s a development site, were you able to complete all our normal troubleshooting steps? I can’t help but suspect a customization or another plugin/your theme may be throwing a spanner in the works.
If you don’t believe this to be the case, would it be possible to get a URL for your dev site (via private reply) with the site left in a stripped down state (ie, only our own plugins and a default, unmodified theme in place) so I can take a look and see if any clues present themselves?
Thanks!

MemberHi @cesua,
I’m sorry for the disruption and we’ll be happy to help as much as we can. We do not however offer phone-based supported — this forum is the only venue where we deliver technical support.
It looks to me as though you have updated The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, but not Filter Bar. All three must be updated to version 3.10 or there is definitely potential for problems to arise – could you obtain a copy of Filter Bar 3.10 and put that in place and see if that helps here?
If it does not help, please help us to help you by providing as much information as you can, including your system information.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Luke,
That’s an interesting question – though I should highlight straight off the bat that the level of support we can offer for custom code is fairly limited.
Can you provide any more context – where and when is this code running exactly (is this a template override for one of our own existing templates – where you happen to be using Timber – or is it a different template altogether) and can you link me to a live example?
