I suspect that is indeed possible – and our Themer’s Guide remains the best starting point for this kind of tweak (I realize you probably are aware of that – it’s more a note for others coming across topics like this one).
The data used to generate the saved organizer/venue lists primarily consists of the IDs and names, as loading all organizer/venue data could potentially be a resource intensive operation. It could certainly be fetched lazily, though, in the sense of showing and populating those fields only after they are selected.
Alternatively, if you know you have only a limited number of organizers/venues and performance is therefore not so much of a concern, you could load them all en masse and deliver the complete range of data all at once.
Whichever approach you take, the customization is possible but beyond the scope of support we’d typically provide here on the forums.
I hope that at least gives you some avenues you can explore š

Sorry for the further inconvenience. Thinking of the .mo file in particular, if you rename it to:
the-events-calendar-fr_FR.mo
Does that resolve the problem?

So here’s my guess: the white screen is actually the result of a fatal error, such as an out-of-memory or timeout problem, and is not connected in any way with the type of device people are viewing the site on.
If this happens on month view, it may closely be tied to a recently surfaced bug which we in the process of developing a fix for.
What I’d recommend in the interim is visiting Events → Settings → Display and enable month view caching on that page: this should help to prevent this issue or at least drastically reduce the number of times it occurs.
If you are finding the problem occurs on other event-related pages besides month view, though, the problem may be something else so please do let me know if that might be the case.

WooCommerce Tickets itself doesn’t really enforce anything in terms of tax/tax classes.
I can’t seem to find any problems here and for example if I define a new tax class and apply it to a ticket product, it does seem to stick and is applied during checkout.
Is there any more information you can provide to help me replicate your issues? Can you distill this down to a set of steps, including details of the new tax class, how you are applying it and what you discover during checkout? It might be I’m missing some small detail here.
