MemberHi everyone. Regrettably this is looking like a bug for which there isn’t going to be a quick fix. In light of that, we’ve scheduled it as a priority fix for the next release of Eventbrite Tickets.

MemberHi Judy,
Although I think this may have been a problem in the past I can’t replicate it using the current version. Can you distil the problem down to a set of clear steps so that I can ensure I am doing everything that you are.
Can you also confirm if you have Events Calendar PRO and if it is active?
Thanks!
Also, still waiting on a fix for the βERROR: ARRAYβ when importing events from eventbrite.
Yep, I appreciate that and I’m sorry for the delay. I just sent a message to the assigned developer to try and get an update, so hopefully there will be something to report back soon π

MemberYou’re right, it would definitely be expensive to buy all of them.
If you wanted to get the dev licenses for all of our premium plugins, though, please do email us ([email protected] – mark your email FAO Leah as my colleague Leah would deal with this sort of thing) and we’ll see if we can sort you out with a discount.

MemberYou would customize (override) the relevant template to do that (see my previous link) … could I ask you though to create a new thread if you need help with this – we just like to keep threads focused on specific problems since it makes it easier for other users to research in the future.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberNo problem – sorry we can’t offer up more on this occasion.

MemberThanks Tine. When you opened this thread you noted that you had tried deactivating all other plugins. Did this have any effect on this problem? If not, can I ask you to complete our full troubleshooting steps:
- Please ensure that all of your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date and in-synch … if you are using The Events Calendar 2.0.11 you must also use Events Calendar PRO 2.0.11
- Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO (if you are using it)
- Revert to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Eleven
- Now test to see if the problem remains. If it does not then there is probably a conflict either with your theme or with a plugin.
- Try reactivating everything one-at-a-time, checking at each stage to see if the problem has returned
Can you give that a try and let me know the outcome?

MemberHi Judy, we’re still looking into this – sorry about the delay and thank you for your patience so far.

MemberHi guys: Jason you’re right that there are currently some challenges in integrating The Events Calendar into a WordPress network/multisite installation – certainly with the most recent releases of WordPress.
What I can tell you though is that we’re actively taking steps to make for a smoother integration with multisite environments, so hopefully it will be plain sailing in the near future π
Barry
MemberHi Tine: can you point me to the URL for an event which is assigned to that category?
Barry
MemberOne approach could be to add conditional code to your templates, perhaps set up a Private additional field – check against it and only allow it to be displayed at template level if the current user matches that criteria.
Or, you could even handle this at query level if you fancy a perhaps more challenging but more complete approach.
Barry
MemberNo problem – and thank you for letting us know π

MemberAlthough we also shared that same tutorial on our own site (it may even still be there) it is the work of someone else and you’d really need to approach them for assistance.
My understanding though is that Tim (the author) doesn’t support that method either now, especially as Community Events has been released.
I have seen some other posts where people really do want to integrate GF instead of using Community Events though, so it may be you can find useful tips around the forum π sadly, however, we can’t really offer support on an official level for this one.

MemberOK – so it’s looking like this is indeed a technical issue on our end. We’ll do our best to find the cause and fix it as quickly as possible – and will update you as soon as it’s resolved.
Thanks for your patience π

MemberOK, excellent – and kudos to WooThemes, too. In that case, I’ll mark this thread as closed unless you need any other help on this issue?

MemberHi Craig: if you could bear with me a little longer I’m just going to get some input from another team member – it certainly looks like everything is in order from my perspective so it’s possible there’s a glitch in the system here.
