MemberGreat!

MemberJust to chip in here, once broader issues with multisite are ironed out I don’t see that (separate Eventbrite credentials on separate sites in a network) being a problem, as even on a “conventional” WP installation you can assign different Eventbrite credentials to different users, who can then perform the import/export work … that in itself isn’t absolutely ideal but it does mean that what you are asking about is a very real possibility.

MemberOK, try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/4678437
Note that you’ll need to edit it slightly and insert the proper three letter abbreviation in place of EUR … I suspect it’s simply GBP for Pounds Sterling but you’ll probably know better than I.
If you’re able to give that a go it would be great to hear back from you as to whether it was successful or not 🙂

MemberHi Daniel – our developer Paul is looking into this as I write. If you can bear with us for possibly a day or two more I’ll endeavour to update you with his findings.
Barry
MemberOK – just checking in with the rest of the team.
Possibly this is a bug (we never received any feedback for the fix we proposed in the other thread you referenced) and if so we’ll do our best to investigate and fix substantively.

MemberYes, that’s what I was looking for. Can you populate the start and end dates? Otherwise the ticket won’t be listed.

MemberHi Daniel, just to ensure it is the same problem: can you confirm that your account (with Eventbrite) is set up such that Pounds Sterling is the default currency?

MemberAre you able to share a screenshot showing the WooTicket settings for that event?

MemberI’m seeking help from one of our devs who dealt with the same (or a very similar) problem a few months back – as soon as I hear something I’ll update you.
Thanks for your patience 🙂
Barry
MemberRight. I understand what you are saying but I can’t replicate it – normally you can load a category-specific month view and even if there are no events in that month everything works as it should.
Running both in 2.0.11 and deactivating plugins makes no difference.
Just to confirm, have you tried this with a default, unmodified theme?

MemberHi hc2ca.
Unfortunately there are a few gremlins in the update system (which we’re working hard to resolve) and so it’s possible that your new license key hasn’t been made available to you.
If that sounds like it’s the problem you’re facing, please email us ([email protected]) and mark your email for the attention of Leah. If you could also include a note of your tri.be username and the email address you used to purchase your renewal that would be great.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHappy to help 🙂

MemberAfraid not, it’s looking like we’ll need to file this as a bug. Bear with me while I check in with the team to see if there are any other ideas.
Barry
MemberYou can certainly install and activate all of our event plugins on the same site and they’ll work together nicely.
What they won’t do – at least not without some extensive customization – is allow something like events submitted via Community Events to be pushed directly to Eventbrite. That sort of workflow is completely possible of course but requires some amount of human intervention, it wouldn’t be completely automated or anything.
Currently, event reservations are only really possible via WooTickets or Eventbrite.
I hope that answers your questions but let me know if you need any further clarification.

MemberRight, that’s what I did. Additionally I:
- Repeated this using the same name for the organizer
- Tried creating a new organizer on Eventbrite to test if the problem was having a pre-existing organizer and then registered new events via The Events Calendar that used the same organizer name
I couldn’t replicate the problem, though, it all worked perfectly. I’m going to assume that deactivating other plugins and switching to a default theme didn’t yield any positive results here?
