License Key Expired

    I renewed my PRO liscence in December, however the plug-in is now stating that the key is expired. After checking my pro liscence key, I can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.

    Hi hc2ca.

    Unfortunately there are a few gremlins in the update system (which we’re working hard to resolve) and so it’s possible that your new license key hasn’t been made available to you.

    If that sounds like it’s the problem you’re facing, please email us ([email protected]) and mark your email for the attention of Leah. If you could also include a note of your tri.be username and the email address you used to purchase your renewal that would be great.
