KeymasterHi,
We try to make our plugins as compatible with other themes as we can, but it is impossible to test it with every theme.
If the theme developers followed WordPress coding standards then it should work and look pretty well. I suggest you download first the free The Events Calendar and test how that looks. Change and test some of the settings under Events > Settings > Display tab.
That should give you a pretty good picture. The rest of our plugins follow the same design principles, to if TEC looks ok, then the rest should be fine too. And little tweaks can be done with CSS if needed.
Also I want to point out that we have a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, so in case you purchase our premium plugins and it turns out they don’t work, you can ask for a refund.
Hope this helps.

KeymasterHey Joshua,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately duplicating the events with a duplicator will mess up the tickets / ticket capacities.
The tickets and ticket capacities / shared capacity is recorded on different levels in the database and the duplicator plugins usually do not go that deep, so there will be either inconsistencies or wrong connections.
To one of the duplicator plugin authors I posted a question about a similar issue, maybe that will help you. You can check it here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/suggestion-remove-a-row-from-wp_postmeta/
All in all, duplication (at the moment) doesn’t work well with events that have tickets.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out!
Out of the box this is not possible with our plugin.
It might be achieved with custom development, however that is beyond the scope of support we can provide.
I might be able the help you out and give you some guidance but you will need to do most of the coding for this.
If you need a more urgent solution then I can recommend these independent developers from our community who could possibly help you out.

KeymasterOne idea that came up:
Are you sending authenticated requests, and does the level/role/caps of the user account you are authenticating with allow checking post staus? Just the same as a logged out user shouldn’t be able to access drafts or pending posts, nor can an API request do this.
Here’s a nice article where you can learn more about authentication:

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
The first one is possible, that is how ticketing works at the moment for recurring events.
The second one separately is possible, but not as part of recurring events.
So the 2 together cannot be achieved, I’m sorry.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

KeymasterHi req,
Thanks for reaching out!
That is the default behavior of our plugin. It will give you events starting from the date you specify in the search field.
It will give you as many events as you have defined under Events > Settings > General tab > Number of events to show per page.
I hope this clarifies a bit.
If you would like to change that behavior, it will require some customization work.

KeymasterHey Mike,
Thanks for reaching out!
I think the easiest approach is to use the Say What plugin.
Once installed and activated go to Tools > Text Changes, add a new one and set it up like this: https://cloudup.com/c4VJoxuTCXc
Of course change the replacement string according to your needs.
Hope this helps.

KeymasterHi adminmms,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the license key. We’ll work this out!
Are you getting an error message when entering the license key? Can you give me more details about the issue? If you can share some screenshots that is even better.

KeymasterHi Levi,
Thanks for the kind words!
1. Yes, that is correct. An RSVP of a user will get the ‘tribe_rsvp_attendees’ post_type, while a ticket will be ‘tribe_wooticket’ for example, if you use WooCommerce.
2. We don’t have much experience with WP All Export ourselves, but I’ve seen some of our users using that plugin. I’m not sure how many were using it to export attendee lists.
We do have a built-in export attendees feature, which works by event. Is there something missing from this that would make it work for you? We are always looking for feedback from our users on how we could improve on our plugins.

KeymasterHi Mauricio,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry about this issue. It looks like we have a bug on our hands. I filed a bugticket on this so our developers will take a look at it.
I know it’s not ideal, but as a workaround, if you search without accent ‘Diseno’, then you will get the results including ‘DiseΓ±o’.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Scott,
Thanks for reaching out!
Yes, it is possible to add multiple tickets to the cart if you are using WooCommerce of EDD as the eCommerce solution.
I guess you could create bundled products with WooCommerce (and a suitable add-on). In this case probably this article will be useful for you:
On Split Payments: it is possible if you set up a Split payments account with PayPal before. PayPal has sunsetted that solution so new registrations are not possible for that service any more.
Looking for a suitable replacement for that is in progress.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Cheers,
