Need to change wording "Tickets" to registration

I need to change the word Tickets to registration. Can you provide the instructions on how to do this please.

Thanks for reaching out!

I think the easiest approach is to use the Say What plugin.

Once installed and activated go to Tools > Text Changes, add a new one and set it up like this: https://cloudup.com/c4VJoxuTCXc

Of course change the replacement string according to your needs.
