    Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the license key. We’ll work this out!

    Are you getting an error message when entering the license key? Can you give me more details about the issue? If you can share some screenshots that is even better.

    Now I did, thanks!

    It looks like that you do not have the Event Tickets Plus plugin activated. Note: for Event Tickets Plus you will also need the free Event Tickets plugin.

    Once you have both installed and activated you will see another license key field with Event Tickets Plus written above it. Something like this: https://cloudup.com/cHYUAUmcvIY

    Let me know how that plays out.

    I don’t see the free Event Tickets plugin in the list, which is needed for Event Tickets Plus to work. (Please note, Event Tickets is different than The Events Calendar.)

    Please download it from the WordPress.org repo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets/ ), activate it, and then you should be able to enter the license key for Event Tickets Plus as well.
