KeymasterHallo,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are experiencing an issue with Community Events. I’d be happy to help you.
I have just tested adding a community event with a ticket and I could set a capacity for them.
Could you send me a screenshot and possibly a url where you are having this issue, so I can check it?
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Christopher,
Thanks for reaching out with your question.
There are 2 functions which might help you make it simpler.
- https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_events_has_soldout/
Try and let me know if that works.

KeymasterHi Joi,
1. Apart from what I shared with you above, we don’t have a documentation on how to do ajax calls on posts or custom post types. If you can give me more details on what you would need exactly then I might be able to point you in the right direction.
2. If you tested it and it works, that’s awesome. Can you please share with me a url to the documentation you are referring to? I’d like to get it reviewed internally.
3. I can confirm that the Event Hub license will support the whole multi-site.

KeymasterIndeed, it is a bug.
The fields disappear in the back-end, but they will still be visible for the users and it still collects the data. Current workaround until this gets fixed is to go back to versions 4.6 for both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for sharing that.
When fieldset is saved it is not associated with any ticket or event. It is just there waiting to be reused.
If what you mean is that the fieldset disappeared from the event, that is not normal.
I believe I just managed to confirm that. This looks like a bug, which I’m going to report immediately. I’ll check what can be done with this.

KeymasterHi Isaiah,
Thanks for checking this.
I did some further digging.
Please check if you have stock management enabled for WooCommerce. You can do this under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory. This screenshot might also help.
If you had it enabled, then there could be a glitch with our plugin, although I haven’t been able to reproduce this. What you can do to fix this is the following:
- Open the WooCommerce product part of the ticket. (When editing the ticket for the event open the ‘Advanced’ section and click on ‘Edit Ticket in WooCommerce’. screenshot)
- Go to the product date, Inventory tab
- Make sure ‘Manage Stock’ is checked and ‘Stock quantity’ is filled out. (screenshot)
Let me know where this gets us.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Andrei,
I’m sorry, I’m getting a bit confused here.
First you said:
I also need to look at the old events.
Then you say:
I don’t have events in the past
Without having any past events you cannot really look at old events. Or am I missing something?
Can you please clarify?
Thanks,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello there,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with your questions.
1. Searching by location is returning zero results even though have multiple events
Can you give me an example search and a url where it’s not working?
2. When filter by map as default its showing US as default
What do you exactly mean “filter by map”? Are you referring to the map view?
I want to create a menu to go to…
a. Todays EventsUse a url like this:
https://domain.com/events/today/b. This Week
https://domain.com/events/week/c. NYE
https://domain.com/events/2017-12-31/What I have done is created categories and place appropriate events into these categories. Problem arise when I use search bar in these categories so for example when I go to “this week” and then search for a date in December it returns zero results since they aren’t in the category.
Is there a smarter way to do this?
Not sure, this is expected behavior. When you are looking at a category and run any search, the search will include that category. This might be offset with a snippet, but then you would likely have issue filtering for a category within a search.
Let me know if the above helps.

KeymasterHello Steve,
Thanks for reaching out! I have checked this for you and the collected attendee information does get exported for me. Here’s a screenshot of my test.
If the collected info does not show up on your attendee list (after clicking on ‘view details’) then there is another issue.
Please check and let me know what you find.
