KeymasterYou can try pasting it in a pastebin or in a gist. Probably these would be the best.
Or when you are writing your answer, there is a code button which produces a single curly quote. You can paste the code between those. (screenshot)

KeymasterHi Debbie,
I processed the refund for you. You should see the money back on your account in a couple of days. Please let me know when it arrives so we can have closure on this.
Thanks!

KeymasterGood morning Stephan,
I tested this in my test installations and couldn’t yet reproduce the issue. Everything worked and saved as it should.
Could you open that file (wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/admin-views/tribe-options-display.php) and paste here couple lines before and after line 54?
What you can try to solve this temporarily is rolling back to an earlier version of Community Events, while we try to figure out why this is happening.

KeymasterYes, we have recently discovered this and we have a bugticket on file.
I do hope it will get a fix soon, I’ll do everything I can. What I know is that it is not going to be fixed in our next maintenance release, but I’ll push to get it in the one after.
Good news is that the email functionality still seems to work despite the warning messages.
As a workaround you can try to roll back one or two versions. Just make sure that you roll back both ET and ET+.

KeymasterOh, I think I get it now. Thanks for the explanation.
I played around with this now for a while and the behavior is somewhat curious. Manually changing the _tribe_ticket_global_stock_level did some weird things too.
Please give me some more time to investigate this. I’ll get back to you on this early next week with my findings. Thanks for your patience!
A bit of info, in case you want to play around more with this, the inventory and the total_sales custom field of the WooCommerce product also plays here, so this is why it is so complex.

February 7, 2018 at 12:40 pm in reply to: Event ticket not showing as a cross-sell product in WooCommerce #1446841Andras
KeymasterHi Matt,
I believe it is because the ticket products are set to be hidden in the catalog.
Go to Products and open the ticket for editing. In the ‘Publish’ box you will see ‘Catalog visibility’. Click on edit and change it Based on your needs. (screenshot)
Note that if you change it to be visible in the Shop, then the ticket products will also appear among your other products on the shop pages.
Hope this helps. Let me know.

KeymasterHi Stephan,
Sorry about this issue. I haven’t seen any other reports on this yet.
Did you already go through our conflict testing guide? This can help eliminate any issues coming from other plugins.
Also please try if you have the same issue when you deactivate Community Events.
Let me know what you find.

KeymasterHi Ole
Thanks for reporting this and welcome to the forums!
We have just recently discovered this bug. It is already logged and our developers will take a dab at it soon.
Can you confirm, that despite the error messages you still can export / you still receive the email with the attendee data?
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHallo Matthias,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for reporting this.
We have a similar error already logged.
If you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file do you see error messages like this on the email popup?
Does the email get sent? (My experience is that it does.)
