Cannot export / mail attendees

When i try to export or mail the list of attendees I get this error message:

Thanks for reporting this and welcome to the forums!

We have just recently discovered this bug. It is already logged and our developers will take a dab at it soon.

Can you confirm, that despite the error messages you still can export / you still receive the email with the attendee data?

Hi,

I can mail the list, but the data in the mail is insufficient because the ticket information is not shown (we have more ticketoptions on each event)

We really need this to work now

I’d love to help you get that working.

What information is missing from the email / export? Is it generic data or extra attendee metadata that is collected? Can you please give me more details on this? What would you like to see in the email? What is not shown?
