The way the form works now, is that if there are existing venues or organizers they will be shown in the dropdown. Also the option to create new venues/organizers is inside the dopwdown (https://cloudup.com/chvBhf_ca_C). SO maybe I can help clearing the options in the dropdown but the ‘new venue/organizer’ workflow will still be the same. Do you think this might work for you?

Podrias indicarme que metodo de pago estas usando en el sitio? Y que tipo de tickets tambien? Estuve haciendo algunas pruebas y no pude reproducir el error que reportas. Esto no quiere decir que no sea valido pero si que tal vez se de bajo circunstancias particulares.
Por otro lado si tenes un sitio de desarrollo, podrias correr la Testing for conflicts guide? De esta manera podremos ver si el error esta relacionado con el theme que estas usando o algun otro plugin del sitio.

The mayor version number is the one that will need to match, that means 4.4 matches 4.4.x release of other plugins. So Filter Bar 4.4 is compatible with Event Ticket Plus 4.4.5. You can update! (We might change this in upcoming releases this year, if that’s the case we will explain it and communicate it to our customers).

Inspecting you account in the backend I can see that the license expiration was update to ‘2018-04-11’ which seems to be correct. Can you give me more details on the issue?
but the license is still not activated.
What do you mean by this? Do you paste the license in another site (apparently the main site is registered in your license) and it’s not showing as valid?
What do i have to do to use the calendar.
Please note you don’t need the license to download and install the plugin. SO until we can figure this issue out you can download, install and activate the plugins.

Performance issue are not easy to track, specially if we cannot reproduce the error on our side. Initially I tried looking for similar issues but I wasn’t able to find any for now.
Can you please ask your hosting provider to indicate in which page this is happening?
Also, it will really help to have some more information on the context of the issue. For that I will need you to perform the following steps:
– Upgrade the plugins to the latest version (unless a different issue pushes you back from doing so).
– Complete the Testing for conflicts guide, and check to see if the issue happens with default theme and no other plugins active.Please let me know about it and I’ll continue to look for the cause of the issue,

Looks like the existing domain was cleared from your account (part of the fix), so you should be able t re-connect the license and the message should disappear.
To fix this ‘manually’ you need to go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Licenses, delete the License Key and Save Changes. Then add it back again and Save Changes. This wasn’t necessary for most users but one reported having troubles after the fix was in place and this made things right in that case.
