MemberHey Allyson,
Thanks for the follow-up! There are different services you can use to share your screenshot: postimage.org, CloudApp, CloudUp, etc.
It’s really strange your not seeing the options there, but maybe the screenshot sheds some light on why this is happening.

MemberHey Jessie,
Thanks for following up. Checked on this myself with 3.10 versions of the plugins last week. And as you point out it’s still failing, thanks for the heads-up on this.
The fix for the bug is done, but it’s still pending QA. I hope the QA team can confirm this is working today/tomorrow. Sorry this is taking long but please be sure this is on my radar, and as soon as the fix is ready I’ll send it over.
Really looking forward to solving this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberPaul,
Thanks again for following this up. Seem Events Calendar PRO is not working at all 🙁
I’ve discussed this issue with the team, to see if they were facing similar issue but they don’t. This is getting really tricky!
Can you please go to the WP Engine settings page in the admin and clear both cache types and “Reset File Permissions”?
How did you set the site up so WP-Engine is the Network Admin?
In the past we worked closely with WP-Engine team to ensure compatibility between our product and their platform, and we are committed to keep that up.
Thanks for your patience on this once again,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi James,
Thanks for the follow-up! Still not sure about what might be happening here, we also haven’t heard of other folks having this problem -a part from bpvny- so it’s kind of puzzling. Let’s try a couple more things…
Can you access your PHP error logs? Maybe there’s some clue in there. Another thing that might be useful is to activate WP_DEBUG, and see if any errors show up.
Another thing worth trying is to delete the folder and reinstall the plugin again. Maybe the folder got corrupted somehow. Where you running Events Calendar PRO before updating?
If we don’t get relevant information from the logs and if deleting the folder + reinstalling don’t work, I’ll ask you to try to install the plugin in a new WP site in the same server. That way we can discard server configuration as a possible cause of this issue.
Thanks a lot for your patience on this, hope we can get it sorted out soon,
NicoNico
MemberHi Daniel,
Thanks for the follow-up! All I can say is that configuration looks fine, so not sure about what’s happening here.
Do you have events that are not linked to EB? They seem to ‘end’ earlier as well or you can confirm this is only happening to events linked to EB? Can you identify a pattern in how earlier events ‘end’ (eg: the all end 6 hours earlier)?
A bug has been confirmed last week: ‘Editing an imported event from EB gets EB event start/end dates unexpectedly changed’. I wonder if you are editing the events once they are imported and this is affecting your EB event as well.
Regarding the snippet to ‘always’ show the tickets iframe, just paste this code into your ‘functions.php’ file:
https://gist.github.com/niconerd/aee031e24985efda41b3
Tested with 3.10 versions of The Event Calendar and EventBrite Tickets. Have you updated to 3.10? Let me know and I’ll test it / modify it to work with 3.9 versions of the plugins.
Let me know about the follow-up questions and if the snippet works for you,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Adam,
Thanks for the offering, I will let dev team know about it and if they think that may be useful I will let you know.
Glad to have you as a customer!
Have a great one,

MemberHey Allyson,
Thanks for the follow-up, and for breaking the issues into different threads.
As you said both questions are related. To switch styles for the calendar, login into WordPress Admin, and go to ‘Events > Settings > Display(tab)’. To achieve what you are seeing in the WP-Shindig site, select ‘Tribe Events Style’ and click ‘Save changes’. Tribe style grays out past days in month view per default.
Please let me know how this goes,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Mike,
Indeed that’s how it works 🙂 Setting the ‘Currency Symbol’ when creating the event in WP Back-end will override configured default value. As this is sorted, I’m going to close this topic – but please don’t hesitate to create new topics if you need help with anything else.
Have a good one,
NicoNico
MemberHey Stephan,
Thanks for the follow-up. Sorry to hear re-installing those didn’t solve the problem.
Can you share with me your system information? Please check out the article Sharing your system information for instructions on how to do so. That way we can take a look into installed version numbers.
Are you running any cache plugin? Can you please go through the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? That way we can discard a conflict with other plugins or with the active theme.
Thanks,

MemberHey Alex,
Glad to hear, and sorry for calling you ‘Paul’ in my reply, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I’m going to close this topic – but please don’t hesitate to create new topics if you need help with anything else.

MemberPaul,
Thanks for your patience on this and once again thanks for the follow up. Really sorry this is still happening. Let me say it’s something rather strange and we’re not hearing from other users about it. But let’s try to get mores clues about what’s causing this:
Are you looking in the right place? The Licenses page is specifically hidden in MU installs like the one you are running. You can not be looking at a site admin, you must be looking at the network admin. Please take a look at this screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cGcQc6JjRBD.
Are you seeing the features of Events Calendar PRO? For instance can you see the options to set up recurrence while creating a new event?
If we make no progress with those I’ll need to ask you to make a fresh WP install (in the same server) and try installing just ‘The Events Calendar’ and ‘Events Calendar PRO’ there. That way we can check if what’s happening is somehow related to the server environment.
Hope we can make this right soon,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Allyson,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I see your post came out incomplete, can you check on that? I’m not seeing the screenshots you mention and not understanding the issues as well 🙁
Also we try to keep one thread per question, that way issues can be addressed faster by different team members. Can you please split up your different questions in different threads?
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey Joseph,
I just noticed you seem to be running different versions of The Events Calendar (3.10) and Events Calendar PRO (3.9.3). Can you update Events Calendar PRO to 3.10?
If the option to update it is not showing in the WP Backend, you can do it manually. The Manual Update article in our Knowledge base describes the steps to do so. It’s quite simple but if you have any doubts about it don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hope updating solves the problem,
Have a great weekend,
