ParticipantIt was discovered yesterday that all the links to the events and calendar events were going to error 404 pages. I updated the Events Calendar plugin and that seemed to fix the 404 problem. But now none of the shortcodes are working. I had it displaying on the homepage via this shortcode:
[tribe_mini_calendar category=”the-lost-colony”]
and it looked like this:

Did the shortcodes change? Please advise.

ParticipantHere is a page with the columns where the shortcodes are (like in the screenshot) and are no longer working: http://thelostcolony.org/1-temp-home/

MemberHi Joseph,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear shortcodes are not working for you after the update 🙁
The shortcode you are using should work fine in 3.10 (just tested on my end and it does work indeed). Can you please go through the steps provided in our Testing for conflicts guide? It doesn’t look like a conflict as it was working before the update but it would be a good starting point to discard conflicts before running into further testing. I’ll ping the support team as well to see if this is happening to other users, that way we coordinate efforts to find a solution soon.
Please let me know how the test goes,
Best,

ParticipantHi Nico,
I did disable other plugins and revert to 2014 on my staging version of the site and nothing changed. This is my staging site, which I had to revert back to the normal theme and plugins as it’s currently being edited http://476.464.myftpupload.com/
But as you can see, the 3 columns with shortcodes don’t show up as they used to in my screen shot from before http://thelostcolony.org/before-event-plugin-update.jpg
Nothing else has changed on my end. Please advise.

MemberHey Joseph,
I just noticed you seem to be running different versions of The Events Calendar (3.10) and Events Calendar PRO (3.9.3). Can you update Events Calendar PRO to 3.10?
If the option to update it is not showing in the WP Backend, you can do it manually. The Manual Update article in our Knowledge base describes the steps to do so. It’s quite simple but if you have any doubts about it don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hope updating solves the problem,
Have a great weekend,
