I’ll give you a short answer here, but I’ll not be able to follow-up on this. Hopefully you can, just add a featured image to the event and a miniature will be shown in the list view besides the event title.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly.

Can you clarify a bit? You want to show the events category page without the sidebar, but the event single and all other views with sidebar?
I’m not sure if that possible as it uses the same template as the main event view but let me know about it and I’ll to find a workaround!

To log out a user, you’ll need to log as an admin and then go to the Users option on the admin menu. In there locate the user you want to log out and finally on the Edit User screen click on the ‘Log Out Everywhere’ button (https://cloudup.com/c7TdeX6oaPn).

As far as I could test this is working as expected for me. From the URLs you share you seem to have an empty events slug maybe? I think that might be causing the issue, in fact I guess it’s something we do not currently support.

@slightlynervous, I just tested the snippet in my local install with the same plugin versions you described, and it’s working fine on my end. Can you please try pasting the snippet from this URL: https://goo.gl/QQpgUS .I see there are a couple of ‘missmatching’ quotes in the one you shared.If that doesn’t work, Can you try to switch to default theme and move the snippet to the default theme functions.php file? Also can you look into the PHP error log to see if some error comes up in there?

Looks like it’s a theme conflict for sure. What we recommend in these cases is to reach out to the theme author and ask if they are aware of this issue and how to fix it. Generally this is they way to got specially for premium themes that state compatibility with our products.

So is there a way that this would work automatically, so that if after the first 5 tickets are used it automatically will enable the other 5 tickets?
No, but I guess your customer would want to buy the early bird tickets first anyway. You can assign star and end dates to tickets, but this behaviour of enabling one ticket type after the other is out of stock is not possible out of the box.
Can the emails for a ticket type be unique or is the receipt email the same for any ticket type? The reason I ask is because if after the 5 tickets sell, I’d have to quickly go into the receipt email and remove the download link… Where would this “snippet” go? I am not that familiar with how to operate this software yet.
The email is the same for all tickets. The snippet could include the link or not based on ticket type. This kind of snippet are placed in the functions.php file of the site’s theme. If you are not versed in how WordPress works (or programming in general) the snippet idea might not be the best for this case.

MemberThanks for following up! Still not sure what can be causing this behaviour. Maybe the web developer hid the dropdown to clean the interface?
If you switch to a WordPress Default theme (TweentyFifteen, TweentySisteen, etc) does this works as expected? In that case there’s not much we can do about it 🙁

Claro, solo tenes setear el idioma del sitio y el plugin se adapta a ese seteo. Esto se configura desde WP-Admin > Settings > General > Site Language. En esa misma pantalla de configuración vas a encontrar las opciones para ajustar el formato de fecha y hora.
Algo mas en lo que pueda ayudarte?

Not sure about your issue, as stated this ticket is about a problem with MultiSite WordPress setup and iCal importer.
Please go over the New User Primer: iCal Importer, the article Running a one-time import with the iCal Importer might help you as well.
If you still have troubles with it please open up a new thread for you issue. Having just a user/issue per thread usually makes them move faster. When creating the new thread please be sure to Test for conflicts and include your system information, that will surely help getting a better reply.

Con respecto a la optimización de los tiempos de carga del sitio, es un tema complejo para el cual no hay una solución concreta. Voy a listar algunas de las cosas que deberías revisar en el sitio:
- Infraestructura: las cuentas de hosting compartidas suelen ser muy económicas, pero no óptimas para sitios con gran cantidad de contenido. Deberías preguntarle a tu compañía que recomiendan para el sitio en cuestión.
- Cache: tenes activada la opción para cachear la vista de ‘Mes’ (Caching month view HTML in transients)? El cache es algo fundamental para la optimizacion de velocidad de carga y uso de recursos: Cachign Basics.
- Buenas practicas: te recomiendo empezar por este articulo en el Codex, WordPress Optimization. Hay muchos recursos sobre el tema, en español y en ingles.
Si los problemas originales de este ticket están resueltos creo que lo mejor seria cerrarlo y abrir uno nuevo en caso de que surjan nuevas dudas o problemas. Te parece bien?

I guess I’m clearly missing something here, because I’m not sure what’s the problem now before the DST change?
Are you just preparing for the change in March 13? Also, the test event you previously sent what should I be looking for in there?

Thanks for following-up, and don’t worry about your english I’m not native speaker as well. If at any point you prefer to switch to french we have a native speaker in the team, just let me know.
At the time to make the check-in via QR the users needs to be logged in as an admin in the site, unfortunately I cannot think of a work around this other than mailing / exporting the event list to the organizer before the event.
