MemberThanks for clarifying Gus, I get you know and I’m sorry this is still an issue because it was fixed in version 4.0.1 but seems that it has been reintroduced by some other changes in the code. It’s has already been logged as a high priority bug so it gets fixed as soon as possible, I see this is slated to be out in the next maintenance release. I don’t have a date for it but I guess it will be after the release of version 4.1 (which is already in the QA process) coming out soon.
For now please try editing the events, and hopefully we can have the fix out soon!
Thanks for your patience and sorry I was having a hard time to get what was wrong here.

MemberHi there Brandon,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our products π I’ll help you decide if they are the right choice for you…
…would like an identical icon based search function as this: https://www.medspeaks.com/ Is this custom coded,
That’s not built-n into the plugin. I guess that achievable by adding an image to the Event Category taxonomy -you can use a plugin like Taxonomy images– I guess that is not a big lift at all.
Does this plugin allow non registered users the abilty to submit events without logging in? Will this plugin send notifications by email when events are submitted?
Both are possible with Community Events add-on, check the product page for more details on how it works.
Can users filter by date range?
Each view has it’s own date range: month view shows current month and navigate to past and future months, week views same as month but with weeks, day just the present day or the selected on, list / photo the upcoming events and map view the upcoming events with geo loc data. What functionality are you expecting for this? Maybe that helps to understand what you are looking for.
Please let me know about these,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi there Richard,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you here…
Let me say that the cited threads seem a bit old, so I would prefer you to describe the issue or share the code that’s not working for you so I can take a look. Also one of the users had removed the AJAX functionality from month view is this your case as well?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Margaret,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue. I’ll help you with it…
First of all please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Also, the image link in your system info is broken. Could you try to resend your system information so I can check if everything looks right on that end?
Is this happening with all events in your website? Just for this event?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Reinhard,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our products π I’ll help you with your questions:
1. Compatibility
This is for sure a popular theme among our plugin user base. I’m not sure if it’s compatible with all of our plugins, but surely is with The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. Maybe Divi support team is able to provide some more feedback on this.
2. PayPal
To sell tickets you’ll need Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus and an e-commerce platform, it can be WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp. I’m mostly sure they all support PayPal payments.
3. Testing
We do not offer a trial period but you can go ahead and buy the plugins for testing. If you feel they are not the right choice you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Hopefully that works for you.
4. Shortcodes
Yeap, Events Calendar PRO comes packed with some useful widget shortcodes.
5. What is the response time by support?
The scope and time of support is described in our knowledge base article: What support is provided for license holders?. Basically we try to reply at least once in no more than 24hrs, but that might vary if there’s a peak of activity in the forums.
6. Update to pro
Events Calendar PRO works as an add-on for The Events Calendar core plugin, so it’s really easy to upgrade. You’ll need just to install and active PRO, there’s not much more to do. Existing event data will be preserved, no need for migration or additional steps.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Have a great weekend,

MemberHi Cesar,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issues. I need to say they mostly fall in the customization area, which we do not support. Of course I’ll point you in the right direction but you’ll need to modify the templates yourself.
First of all please take a look at our themer’s guide where the process of editing and overriding event view templates is described.
- For list view, you’ll need to look into the following template: wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/.
- For single event in photo view: wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/photo/single-event.php.
- Regarding the homepage that doesn’t seem to be an event view, but a page with shortcodes or something similar. You’ll need to ask your developer on this one.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products π
Unfortunately the features you are looking for are not present in the plugin out of the box. You can create different tickets type for each event (free, silver, gold) but to show/hide those depending the user group in WordPress would be something you’ll need to custom code yourself. Also tickets do not have a global stock for all the event but they have a stock per ticket type, again something you could tweak but not included.
Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions on this,

MemberHey Gus,
I still feel that’s there something we are understand differently. Let’s re-cap:
- If you don’t want events to be adjusted/changed to match the offset of the DST then go to WP-Admin > Settings > General > Timezone and set it to UTC-7 instead of America/Denver.
- If it’s ok for the events to be changed accordingly to the DST offset, but if this is not changed correctly please indicate what would be the correct adjustment made.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHi @ief1634i,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you figuring the best way to do this…
Per default you can only see past events in that URL (myfirm.org/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past), you can create a redirect from a URL like myfirm.org/past-events/ to that one. Do you think that could help?
Regarding the widgets, they show upcoming events. This behaviour can be modified by hooking and altering the widget query. Is this the only list widget you are using on your page?
Please let me know about it and I’ll try to find a workaround for this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Phil,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll try to help you out…
Are the imported orders marked as completed? Also not sure about this:
…the ticket stock for the event IS updated, but the ticket itself isnβt created…
I’m not sure about this. Can you clarify a bit?
Also, If you create an order manually does this process works as expected?
Please let me know about it,

First of all, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Also it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Have you followed the steps described in these articles to set up our plugins with WPML: Setting up The Events Calendar with WPML and Creating translations for events using WPML?

MemberHowdy @3ejoueur,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us.
Glad to see you could solve the first issue, not sure about the one you are trying to solve now. Can you clarify a bit on the following:
the pop-up in the top right corner for choosing a date is not working.
Not sure if you are referring to the dropdown to switch views? A screenshot will be of much help here. You can upload it to an image sharing service and share the link in your reply (http://cloudup.com, http://imgur.com, etc).
Is there a way to have a refresh page on the pop-up instead of ajax ?
Maybe when I know which element you are talking about the above will be obvious. If you can clarify though it would be great.
Plase let me know about it,

MemberHowdy Tammy,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I can help you getting started with our plugin…
First of all, you should configure your site timezone for that go to WP-Admin > Settings > General > Timezone. Probably that wasn’t set so you were seeing in UTC instead of your local time. Does this fix the issue?
Regarding the ‘deleted’ event still showing on the site, that might be a cache issue. Seems that is not happening anymore as I can only see one event.
If I’m missing something and the suggested solution doesn’t help please send me a screenshot (by uploading to http://cloudup.com -or similar services- and sharing a link) of the event settings in the backend and a URL to see the wrong display in the front end.
Thanks,
Nico -
