Hi,
The section where a user would go to register for one of our eventbrite events has disappeared from the front-end of our wordpress site: https://www.ccra.com/event/ccra-firstnight-vip-event-at-the-high-roller/
March 11, 2016 at 12:56 pm #1087930NicoMemberHi Margaret,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue. I’ll help you with it…
First of all please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins. Also, the image link in your system info is broken. Could you try to resend your system information so I can check if everything looks right on that end?
Is this happening with all events in your website? Just for this event?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoMarch 11, 2016 at 2:08 pm #1087992MargaretParticipantHi Nico,
It is happening for all events. I’m not able to disable the plugins to see if it’s a conflict.. is there a work around?

COMMON LIBRARY VERSIONMarch 14, 2016 at 11:27 am #1088568MargaretParticipantHi Nico,
Are there any issues with the System Information?
March 14, 2016 at 2:53 pm #1088805NicoMemberHi Margaret,
Everything looks right on that end, I just edited to remove license keys and tokens.
I’ve shared this issue with another team member who is dealing with a similar thread, but we are still not sure about what this might be about. I see the event is not publicly viewable on EventBrite, Can you try to change the visibility to public and then try if the tickets are shown? If that doesn’t work can you try to re-import it when public?
Testing for conflicts would be super helpful to narrow this down. Do you have a local copy of the site or a dev environment where this tests can be run?
Was the ticket form working at some point and then it ‘broke’ or was this never working for any events? If so, Do you re-call if it was after a plugin or WordPress update? Can you send me a screenshoot of the tickets settings in EventBrite?
Thanks, hope we can get this right soon!
NicoMarch 15, 2016 at 1:02 pm #1089307MargaretParticipantHi Nico,
I’m waiting to hear back from my IT team on whether they have a dev site to check for plugin conflicts. I’m not sure about any updates on the website that could have triggered this..
I’m noticing that it’s not with all events just some… here are the EB settings and event pages for one working and one not:

March 16, 2016 at 1:42 pm #1089974NicoMemberMargaret,
Thanks a lot for following up with the requested info! Unfortunately the ticket configuration isn’t clear in the attachment. Can you please share a screenshot instead of the Evernote share?
Also, I do not see the eventbrite tickets form for any of those, seems the one that showed tickets has passed (at least in my timezone). Sometimes issues like this one might be related to an Event Brite API error or change, so please try to re-import the events (maybe keep them as private or draft) to see if the tickets show for re-imported ones. It’s strange that it’s just failing for some events, hopefully the tickets settings will lets us see if there’s any difference in configuration.
Thanks for your patience, and please let me know if you have a test site available,
Best,
NicoMarch 17, 2016 at 10:18 am #1090371MargaretParticipantI think I found the problem. I noticed our API Key has disappeard inside the WordPress Events settings. In your tutorial to configure Eventbrite Tickets Add-on, this is where I run into trouble:
“To easily copy this link from your site: just navigate to Events → Settings → Add-on APIs on the dashboard of your site, and copy the OAuth Redirect URL we’ve provided for you. If the OAuth URL is not identical on Eventbrite.com and your WordPress site, the plugin will not function properly!
Application Name and Application Description should have a straightforward name and summary that will make this app easy to identify as your list of apps within Eventbrite.com grows over time.”I checked Eventbrite and our EventsCalendarPro license and both say they are connected, yet there is no field to put the key inside of in Events → Settings → Add-on APIs. Infact, there is not even a tab for Add-on APIs.
Please let me know what I need to do to get these connected again!
Don’t know if this is needed anymore, but here are two live ones anyway Nico:

March 18, 2016 at 1:05 pm #1091159NicoMemberMargaret,
Sorry for the delay in my reply, activity in the forums was a bit higher tan usual due to the recent 4.1 release.
Really strange that you are not seeing that tab in your site Events Settings, this is how it show: https://cloudup.com/cmPPibcvq2g – As you point out this might be the cause (or at least related to) of the tickets form issue.
Can you try to upgrade the plugins to the latest version (4.1 for the premium plugins & 4.1.0.1 for The Events Calendar core)? If you can do this in a staging / test site even better. Also, have you tried to re-import any of the events that’s not working?
Regarding the EventBrite tickets configurations, everything seems to be ok on that side,
Hope we can nail the issue here soon,
Have a great weekend,
NicoMarch 18, 2016 at 1:07 pm #1091162NicoMemberAnother thing please give me a heads-up on the test / development site. If any availbale it would be really helpful to test for conflicts.
Thanks !
March 29, 2016 at 10:22 am #1095511MargaretParticipantHi Nico,
Everything is updated and i’ve walked through the setup tutorials again. The Eventbrite Tab is showing now, but I see two things…
1) When I click get authorization within Add-on API’s tab, it takes me to EB to allow but when i’m redirected back to my WP dashboard there is no Success message like it says I should see in the tutorial.
2) I’m able to import events now from EB, but i’m not seeing my events in the drop down menu. I know I can do this by using the Event ID, but that generates an entirely new event page.
March 31, 2016 at 11:44 am #1096548NicoMemberMargaret,
Thanks for following up! And also for taking the time to review the setup tutorials again.
1) When I click get authorization within Add-on API’s tab, it takes me to EB to allow but when i’m redirected back to my WP dashboard there is no Success message like it says I should see in the tutorial.
I would try to re-generate the EB API KEY and secret as well. On the other hand if you say that now events are importing fine then I guess it should be configured successfully.
2) I’m able to import events now from EB, but i’m not seeing my events in the drop down menu. I know I can do this by using the Event ID, but that generates an entirely new event page.
Not sure about this, that list take a bit to load sometimes. Can you please try to open the drop-down and then wait a couple of seconds to see if it loads? Importing an existing EventBrite event via the drowdown or via event ID field should give you the same result. I’m not sure about what you mean with this: but that generates an entirely new event page.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
