Tal vez sea posible insertarlo ahi.

    Saludos,
    Nico

    Thanks for following up Monica!

    Regarding the license issue, Is the main site having the issue or are you experiencing this in a subsite?

    The other thing we’re noticing is that one of our events isn’t showing because it’s listed as “private” in EventBrite. Is there any way we could still have it show via TEC on WordPress? It’s not an event that we want public to the EventBrite audience, but we would like for our own chapter’s audience to see it.

    The event must be public in order to display the tickets form. Maybe you can leave them as private an display a button in the WordPress event to get the tickets in the EventBrite page?

    Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Thanks for following up Ed! Let me say that I couldn’t find any logged bugs on this, so it might require a bit more steps to actually see if this is a bug or not.

    Can you please install the plugin WP Crontrol on your site? Once you have installed + activated the plugin, it will allow you to see a list of all the scheduled tasks, Can you please send a screenshot of that list?

    Thanks,
    Nico

    Thanks for following up Derek!

    I’d like to change the bootstrap-datepicker.js to only show the month of April as well as change startDate and endDate to April 1st-8th. So they user only sees April and only has the option to select April 1st-8th when searching/creating an event.

    Well, I’m not sure how to do this I’d say you’ll need to take a look at the Bootstrap Datepicker documentation to see if that can be set and how. Once you got that you can ‘remove’ the date picker from the field, change the options and re-add it to the field. This reply shows how to do so →

    Hey Alexander, sure that’s possible just add the following lines in the existing snippet:

    foreach( $fieldset_meta AS $item => $value ) {

    $event_id = get_post_meta ( $item, '_tribe_wooticket_for_event', true );
    if ( !empty ($event_id ) ) echo get_the_title( $event_id );

    foreach( $fieldset_meta[$item] AS $key => $value ) {

    That will echo the event title from which attendees are being fetched. You can move the $cnt = 1; above the new lines so the numbers correlate with each event.

    Please let me know if this works for you,

    Hi there Maik,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this conflict.

    Have you tried to reach out to the “Ajax Search Pro” developers on this? Maybe they are aware of the conflict and have a solution or work around…

    In case they don’t, Can you please send me a copy of the plugin via private reply? I’ll try to reproduce the conflict with default theme, latest version of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and Ajax Search Pro and see if see what the error is about. In these cases, sometimes we are able to provide a work around but in some other cases when there’s no simple workaround we log this as an incompatibility in our backlog. The fix for it will be prioritized according the plugin popularity and difficulty of the fix. Unfortunately if that’s the case I won’t be able to give you any dates for the fix or even assure that it will be fixed at all 🙁

    Anyway please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Thanks for the follow-up Neil!

    Regarding the different venue names, I thought we could detect they were the same venues in some way (they had almost the same name for example). Given the scenario I’d say a manual merge is the way to go (maybe this plugin can help). I understand the need but I’m not sure how a script/snippet can help here. Maybe it’s a script were you manually input the “correct” venue ID, and the IDs from the duplicated venues you want to merge? The script would change the venue to the events and then delete the duplicates, Does this sounds like something that would help?

    Hi @wegoecono,

    Thanks for getting in touch! I’ll help you decide if Event Aggregator (our just released plugin to import events from multiple sources into your site) is the right choice for you 🙂

    Is there communication between the two in real time? Meaning, does the RSVP functionality with FB work on the site so it shows us who has RSVP’d on the site side / does it show who RSVP’d on the Facebook side? Or are these two entities (FB event and the The Events Calendar event) completely separate once it’s imported, and this is JUST allowing you to import a FB event? Also, with the import, does it take in organizer info, location, etc?

    Event Aggregator will import all event data (title, schedule, event image, description, etc) and will also create the Organizer and Venue (or use a previously created one). It still doesn’t support Facebook RSVP (we have a feature request for this), although we have an internal ticket to explore this functionality I cannot assure it will be included or when. Regarding the events ‘sync’ if you set up an scheduled import (running on a given frequency) the event on the site will be updated with changes from Facebook.

    Is there a good link to look at how this looks after it’s imported and what the original FB invite looked like? Does it take in the profile / featured image? etc

    I’d say the best way to see if this fits your needs is to give it a try! While we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.

    We are trying to determine if we could just enter events via FB, import them when we want, but still utilizing some type of RSVP functionality via the site.

    As I mentioned on the first reply, Facebook RSVP won’t be imported but you can add this feature to the ‘WordPress’ event by using free plugin Event Tickets, or just create a link/button so people can RSVP to the Facebook event.

    Please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions on this,

    I just recalled we have a knowledge base article that provides two super simple methods to achieve what you are looking for: Making a Members-Only Calendar. I think method two (CSS) will be the right for you!
