Maik
ParticipantHi.
I have an ajax problem with Events Calendar Pro.
All plugins are up to date and work well until I mix ajax functions.Im my case, it´s the plugin “Ajax Search Pro”. When EC Pro and this plugin are active at the same time, the search-function itself and some EC function (f.e. the possibility to change the month in Mini Calendar Shortcode) crashes both. The search doesn´t start and the link for the next month doesn´t work and nothing happens.
When I deactivate EC Pro, the search itself works. It also works, when I use just the Mini Calendar Shortcode instead of the classic events Shortcode. This means, the events Shortcode and this ajax search plugin won´t work together.
Any idea, why this happens?
Thanks

MemberHi there Maik,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this conflict.
Have you tried to reach out to the “Ajax Search Pro” developers on this? Maybe they are aware of the conflict and have a solution or work around…
In case they don’t, Can you please send me a copy of the plugin via private reply? I’ll try to reproduce the conflict with default theme, latest version of The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO and Ajax Search Pro and see if see what the error is about. In these cases, sometimes we are able to provide a work around but in some other cases when there’s no simple workaround we log this as an incompatibility in our backlog. The fix for it will be prioritized according the plugin popularity and difficulty of the fix. Unfortunately if that’s the case I won’t be able to give you any dates for the fix or even assure that it will be fixed at all 🙁
Anyway please let me know about it,
Best,
