    Hi there Judy,

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

I can process the refund. Can you please let me know the reason for this so I can add it when I process the operation?

    Hey Meredith,

Thanks for getting in touch with us πŸ™‚

There are a couple of 3rd party plugins that might help you export Venues and Organizers to CSV. For example: WP CSV Exporter, WP CSV, WP All export, etc.

Hopefully any of these will help you getting the CSV files ready,

    Hi there Waseem,

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

Should I use the same exact code or there should be some alterations to it?

I’m mostly sure you can use the same code on your site (as it’s running WooCommerce as well). Just paste it in your theme’s (or child theme’s) functions.php file and let me know if it works for you.

    Hi there Alan,

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

The simplest way to access the edit event page when you are logged in is to navigate to the event page in the front-end of the site and use the link from the top bar to edit it (https://cloudup.com/cVVMlW4dp2i). Does this makes sense to you?

Editing the event in the front-end tooltip is a customization we won’t be able to provide. If for some reason the above doesn’t help maybe I can show you how to insert a link to the edit event back-end screen.

Please let me know about it,
    Best,
    Nico

    Perfect Neil!

Give me some time to get that script done (hopefully I can get that tomorrow) and I’ll send it your way πŸ™‚
