MemberHi there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum ๐
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
Just to give you a quick tip please check that the versions of the plugins match in the first two number (4.2.x for example). Also if an update started causing this issue out of a sudden, then go can always downgrade the plugins to a past version.
Iโll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi Damion,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear this wasn’t solved by a more powerful infrastructure ๐
Anyway I already logged this bug (or improvement) before I closed the other thread in which I helped you on this. For now the fix for this hasn’t been slated to any upcoming release, but let me re-try mounting the db dump and see if I can make any tweaks to improve the performance and make it acceptable for now. Give me some time as I surely won’t make time to review this today and it might take a bit of work to find a work around (if possible).
If you are able to the following test for me, it would be great โ Simple install WP Super Cache (or a similar cache plugin) on the site and activate it with default settings. Does it improve loading speed of events pages with filter bar considerably?
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Ferol,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue affecting your site ๐
As you say this is a known bug in which fix we are working on for the net maintenance release (coming in less than two weeks time if everything goes as planned). This was reported by user when maintenance release 4.3.2 was being tested to be out to the public, this is why we couldn’t put out a fix earlier.
I’ve added your case to the bug report and linked this thread with the internal ticket so we can follow-up when we have news on this.
Sorry once again for the hassle created by this bug and thanks for the patience while we work on this ๐

MemberHi there Sheryar,
Thanks for getting in touch with us on this!
Apparently a bug was introduced in the just released maintenance release regarding sticky posts. Which are still showing but not in the first place as intended. The order should be as follows:
– Sticky events
– Multiday, if it started on a previous day
– All day events
– OtherCan you please let me know if this is the same you are seeing?

MemberHi there Huiwen,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear this issue affects your site as well ๐
This is a known issue we are working on right now! The fix for this should ship in the next maintenance release coming in two weeks time (if everything goes as planned). In the meantime we found the following workaround helps most of folks:
– Add define( 'FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true ); to wp-config.php.
– Modify the site URL setting, make sure it uses https://.
– Modify the home URL setting, make sure it uses https://.Can you give that a try and let me know if it works for now?

MemberHay William,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
We just released a maintenance release 4.3.2 yesterday so it’s true that there’s an update available. If you go to ‘WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates’ and click the ‘Check Again’ button does the updates show in there? Do you have a license key configured in the site?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Stefano,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
It would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Kris,
Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this issue ๐ I’ll help you getting to the bottom of it ๐
Thanks as well for the detailed description of the issue! But when I try to reproduce this I’m not seeing any ‘Edit link’ in ‘WP-Admin > Appearance > Widgets’. My guess is I’m probably missing something obvious here. Can you please send me a screenshot of this link (with The Events Calendar disabled)?
Another thing, you mention disabling plugins but have you tried to disable the theme as well? Also, are you seeing in JavaScript errors in the browser console (Diagnosing JavaScript errors in WordPress)?
I’ll try to reproduce the issue in my local site and let you know about it.
Best,
NicoNico
