ParticipantCSV File Import does not bring in full event details – specifically, it is not bringing in the Event End time and location.

MemberHey Bobbie,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
Can you please send the CSV file you are using so I can give this a try in my local site? Also, have you tried adding an ‘End date’ column (maybe that column values are the same as start date) maybe that’s getting in the way here for some reason.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoPS: you can mark your reply as private if you don’t want the CSV file to be publicly visible.

MemberThanks for following up with the CSV file!
I’ve created a test CSV file based on the one you sent, and I can confirm that adding the end date makes the end time work. I just added the column and used the same date as the start date.
Can you give this a try? Here’s the sample file → nico-sample
Please let me know if this helps,
Best,

ParticipantThanks Nico,
I see what you are saying in regards to the address showing up in those places. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the imports, as the behavior does seem to be the same on events and venues that are already imported as well as those that we import as tests.
The behavior has changed however, and the change seemed to coincide with these other issues. In the past the address has automatically shown up on the individual event page and no modifications were made that would have stopped that on our end.

MemberThanks for following up Bobbie!
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
I am not sure if it has anything to do with the imports, as the behavior does seem to be the same on events and venues that are already imported as well as those that we import as tests.
If you create a new event in the site with a venue with full address information, is it shown correctly in the front-end of the site?
Best,
