    Hello,

    Every time someone tries to purchase tickets on our site, http://aisutah.events, it gives an internal server error when payment is submitted. It looks like payments aren’t being processed correctly, but they are. I debugged the site and we fixed the code issues with the deprecation, but it’s still causing the same issue, so I can’t figure out what’s going. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum 🙁

    We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.

    Just to give you a quick tip please check that the versions of the plugins match in the first two number (4.2.x for example). Also if an update started causing this issue out of a sudden, then go can always downgrade the plugins to a past version.
