MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch–so sorry for the trouble here! It looks like this is an issue with the layer “height” of your theme’s header/navigation bar. Adding this CSS to the bottom of your theme’s style.css file should address the issue and make sure the entirety of each event pop-up is visible!
.recurring-info-tooltip, .tribe-events-calendar .tribe-events-tooltip, .tribe-events-week .tribe-events-tooltip { z-index: 999; }Give it a try, and let me know if you should continue to encounter any issues! 🙂 Thanks again!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! There are a few ways to do this, but the most straightforward way would likely be to simply hide this text via CSS–adding this line to the bottom of your theme’s style.css file should hide all instances of the “___ available” text on ticketing areas.
.tribe-tickets-remaining { display: none; }I hope that helps! Let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! While we don’t have built-in support for color-coded calendar events in the way you’re describing, this is something that should definitely be possible via customization. Our Themer’s Guide is a great resource for all things related to template modifications and would be the best place to start for more info there!
Regarding venues and viewing events tied to a specific locale, you have plenty of options here–The Events Calendar stores venues as custom taxonomies in the WordPress database, so much of what’s possible with standard WordPress categories can also be achieved with venues in TEC. This Knowledgebase article goes into a bit more detail and includes information on how to add venue links to a standard WordPress navigation menu. If you have any more specific questions about how these work, I’d be happy to answer them for you! 🙂
I hope that helps! Let me know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! We do support this functionality with iCal Importer, though it’s disabled by default to prevent any issues for those who wish to maintain two separate calendars with unique information. You can read a little more about how to reenable this feature on this forum post.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! Just to be sure I’m understanding you, are you looking to add registration forms to your event pages so users can RSVP to your events? If so, you’ll need to set up our free Event Tickets plugin and add your ticket(s) to each event you’d like to offer registration for. Once you’ve created one or more tickets for an event, the registration details and form fields will appear automatically on the single event page. You can read more about how to create RSVPs for your events on our Knowledgebase here!
Does this sound like the information you’re looking for? If not, let me know and I’ll see about getting you pointed in the right direction! 🙂 Thanks again!

MemberHi there!
Thanks for getting in touch! At the moment we’re only able to support API access for one Eventbrite account per install of Eventbrite Tickets–so sorry to disappoint. 🙁 If you’re open to considering alternatives for this project, I’d suggest taking a look at our Community Manager Bundle! It includes our trifecta of recommended plugins for complete community event support: Community Events for user-submitted events, Community Tickets for user-generated tickets (plus options for taking commissions), and Event Tickets Plus for powering ticket sales via an e-commerce platform such as WooCommerce. Filter Bar rounds out the bundle as a nice add-on for allowing your users to more effectively search and filter events, and the package deal comes in at well under the cost for each plugin purchased separately, so it’s a pretty solid value for this type of project!
Let me know if you should have any other questions about our products or if there’s anything else we can assist you with! Thanks again for stopping by! 🙂

As you’re now one of our paid license holders, you should have access to our premium support forums for the products you’ve purchased–would you mind going ahead and posting a thread in the Event Tickets Plus forum with your problem? Please be sure to provide as much detail as possible, and one of our support staff will be more than happy to take a look.

MemberOf course–I’m sorry that we’re not able to provide an immediate solution here, but we’ll definitely be sure to take your feedback into account! We do have a suggestion for Zapier integration on our feature submissions forum, if you’d like to cast a vote to see it included in a future release!
