    Hi Alex,

    There isn’t a way to directly transfer a license to a different account. However, next time one of the licenses is up for renewal (looks like that’ll be January 2015), send us an email to pro(at)tri.be and explain the situation. We can help you get a new license at the discounted renewal price, and make sure that both licenses get on the same account. We recommend that both licenses go into your account so that you have control over them (as opposed to them both going in your developer’s account). Will that work for you?

    Hi alehache2005,

    Thanks for your note. Our calendar is not completely compatible with WPML, which is why you are having trouble. You can set the title of the widget on your widgets page. However, it is not a translatable string. You’ll need to decide what language you want the title in, or have it as Calendar/Calendario. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    We would like to integrate better with WPML in the future and we have a UserVoice thread for it. Adding your vote there will also allow you to stay updated as we work on it.

    As you can see in my screenshot, the ‘Insert a 0 to free events’ is translating properly for me using your translations. The problems with ‘Use Saved’ and ‘Use New’ should be fixed in our upcoming release 🙂

    Hi rxemarketing,

    The widget does not have a separate text domain. That string would likely be in the .po file for either The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO. If you can’t get it to work via Say What?, you could try finding it and changing it directly within the translation files. However, you’d need to relabel the files (for example as en_GB, or whatever your WordPress language is set to) or risk having your change rewritten when we update the plugins.

    Hi Sérgio,

    I tested on my site with your files and it worked nicely, except for one string which is ticketed to be fixed. I can’t view your screenshots anymore so I can’t be sure, but I think I’m seeing all the strings you see in English correctly translated into Portuguese (for example https://cloudup.com/cqGi_XIjqIf).

    Unfortunately, this probably means that the problem has to do with your set up or the changes you made to the PHP files. I don’t recommend making changes to those strings via PHP. We fix translation string issues as soon as we can find them- it’s best to report them and have them built into the plugin instead of doing it as a customization.

    Hi subjetiva,

    Thank you for the information. I was mistaken in my first post and the string is indeed part of the WooCommerce Tickets translation file. However, the Brazilian Portuguese file is quite out of date and needs to be updated- that’s why you’re not even seeing the string in the file.

    To get that string (and other new ones) showing, you’ll need to update the .po file with the latest .pot file, as described in step #6 of the Getting Started post. Once you do that, you’ll see the Add to Cart string in the file waiting to be translated. Add the translation and save, and you should see it appearing properly on your site.

    We are planning to make our plugin compatible with the popular multilingual plugin WPML. We also have a UserVoice thread for this feature so you can vote to have us add it in a future build. Adding your vote there will also allow you to stay updated as we work on it.

    If you need this capability very soon you might be happiest with a different solution. If you purchased PRO within the last 30 days we can give you a refund. If you’d like to do that, please send your purchase receipt to pro(at)tri.be and ask for a refund.
