    Hi Roberto,

    Rob is out today so Paul and I have been working on this. We’re attempting to recreate the problem within the Construct Theme. But we’re having trouble even getting to the category page in the first place. Both of us are seeing the “No Upcoming Events Page” (http://d.pr/i/muFr) instead.

    I’m wondering if the difference between our sites is some of the options available within the Construct Theme. There are a bunch of options in the dashboard under Construct. Can you tell me or show me what your configurations look like so we can match them? You can post here or email to pro /a/ tri.be

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for getting touch and I’m sorry things aren’t working too smoothly. I appreciate you testing to narrow the problem down to a plugin conflict.

    We always do our best to make our plugins compatible, but of course we can’t make sure on every one. I recommend that you get in touch with the plugin developer and see if they can shed some light on the subject. If they believe it’s something more on our end that we can rectify we’d like to know and we’ll do our best to correct it in a future release.

    I’m sorry I can’t be of more assistance, but hopefully we’ll be able to figure out a way to get the plugins to play nice together. Please do keep us updated.

    Hi Collin,

    It appears that that site is using a similar, but different, calendar plugin. I doubt you could get your widget(s) looking exactly the same, but you might be able to get some similar functionality. What features are you looking for, exactly? I wasn’t sure which widget area you were referring to.

    Hi Mike,

    The event data is within the Event Calendar plugin, so if you click a link from the calendar you stay on the site and do not get re-directed to Facebook. Does that answer your question?

    Hey Aaron,

    Can you confirm for me that you are running both the latest version of WordPress (3.4.2) and of ECP (2.0.9), and that you have pretty permalinks enabled under Settings –> Permalinks?

    Hi Xavier,

    We don’t have an exact release date for the WooCommerce add on, but it’s in beta right now so sooner rather than later. We’re working hard on it and know a lot of people are stoked. I’m sorry I can’t be more exact. Keep an eye on tri.be for news and updates as we get closer.

    It sounds like your license key is outdated, which you’d need to renew to get our automatic upgrades. The upgrade process is smooth and maintains all existing events, although we always recommend that you backup all your data before doing it.
