If you try those tips and are still having trouble, please start a new thread in the main forum. That way we won’t miss it and will be able to help you get things sorted.

Sorry about the delayed response, this ticket somehow got overlooked. In the Dashboard Menu under events you should see links for both Venues and Organizers (http://d.pr/i/23YY). Click there, and that will take you to a list like exists for Events.

Thanks for your interest. At this point, we are only able to accept payment online via PayPal. In the future we hope to expand our payment options, but currently that is the only way. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Because our developers have not been able to recreate the problem, we are unable to troubleshoot it properly or to confirm that it is a conflict within our plugin. Sometimes, even when the problem appears on a page created within the functionality of our plugin, the error itself is caused by a conflict with something else, such as another plugin.
Even if you are not willing to take Mini Loops off your site permanently, it would be helpful for you to temporarily deactivate it or set up a copy of your site without it. If the error persisted, that would suggest that it is indeed a problem with our plugin. With multiple plugins running, it is very difficult to narrow down the problem at hand.
We generally do not offer refunds in situations where our plugin is not the source of the problem, especially if we are not able to recreate the problem on our end. If you truly feel that you deserve a refund, please email use at pro (at) tri.be and we can try to reach a resolution.

None of our plugins have that ability built in, although it’s possible it could be achieved by using WooTickets in conjunction with another plugin. A second possibility is to use our Eventbrite plugin- Eventbrite may have an invite/call to action capability that could be used, but I’m afraid you’d need to ask their support team.

Thanks for your interest in upgrading. Happily, we give returning customers 30% off to renew, so it would be the same as if you’d caught the special 30% coupon.
We’re working on getting a schnazzy renewal system in place, but for now if you an email to pro (at) tri.be we can hook you up with a coupon that will get you a new license.
It is possible to go back to an older version, but if you choose to go that route please remember that we are not able to provide any support on an outdated version. Hopefully with the discount renewing will be a good option for you.

So to confirm, are you saying that the events imported without error but are not showing on your event list in the dashboard or on your calendar front end?
