MemberHi Chris,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our plugins. Sounds like a very cool site you’re working on!
The outline you’ve sketched above goes beyond how Events Calendar PRO and WooTickets function by default. Users can buy tickets to events from an individual event (and individual date) page, instead of choosing the product (a jump) and then the date. You could use our calendar to list possible jump days/times and then have people buy tickets for a jump from there. If that would work for you, Events Calendar PRO and WooTickets could be an excellent option for you.
The additional functionality of buying swag or joining a mailing list are probably available as WooCommerce extensions, which can work with our WooTickets.
Let me know if I can answer any more questions or explain anything further.

MemberHi Brett,
Thanks for getting in touch. Events Calendar PRO will not automatically pull the start and end dates into the feed- it works more or less the same as the feed for The Events Calendar. However, buying PRO would get you access to our premium support forums, where we could hopefully help you solve the parsing error.
If that’s not an option, you might try posting your issue to the open source forum. We hit that forum about once a week as we can, since our core effort is on the PRO forums. But someone else in the community may be able to help out.

MemberHi Tom,
I apologize for the delay. I’m not sure about what you’re asking, so I’m going to grab another person from our support team who can help you out. We’ll get you a more substantial answer this morning. Thanks for your patience.

MemberHey Captiva,
I’m sorry Events Calendar PRO won’t work out for you. I would recommend a different option but I’m honestly not aware of whether any of the other main events calendar plugins have this capability.

MemberYes JD, the license is good for one year from date of purchase. You can read more about how that works here. If you have further questions, please ask.

MemberHi Kelly,
If you’ve bought PRO, definitely make sure that you update both PRO and TEC to the current version, 2.0.11. If you need any further help, feel free to post in the PRO forum. Thanks for your support!

MemberHi Deanne,
Thanks for your note. I’ve edited that FAQ since it wasn’t very clear before. Although you can change the settings with PHP as it describes, the simplest way to do it is just by changing the general WordPress settings. You can read more about that in the WordPress Codex. That will work in the core and PRO plugins.

MemberHi Lori,
Thanks for getting in touch. There is not a built in way to print the calendar. However, you may be able to change your site’s template to make it easier, or you can add a custom stylesheet or another plugin to gain that functionality. Here are some resources to get you started:

MemberHi Rob,
Thanks for your interest. Yes, both examples you described are possible using our Custom Recurrence setting. You can check out how that works and what it includes in this mini tutorial. Let me know if you have any further questions.

MemberHey Steven,
I just wanted to check in here- it looks like you and Casey finished up your email exchange. Did you get everything you needed? If so I’ll close out this forum thread as well.
Thanks,
LeahLeah

MemberHi Kelly,
Actually, 2.0.11 is our latest release for TEC. Community Events is now at 1.0.5. I’m really not sure it would work better, and I certainly wouldn’t want to guarantee that. We haven’t done any major work on WPML compatibility because it’s a huge task and we’ve been focusing on our 3.0 release. But if you want to try uploading Community Events 1.0.5 to see if that works, shoot me an email referencing this thread to [email protected].
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Evangelia,
Renewing will not directly solve your problem- the plugin continues to work properly even without a valid license. The issue you’re seeing is not a result of the license, but of a different conflict, probably with WPML. There is a chance that we could help out via our support forums (if you renewed) but I definitely can’t guarantee that. You might want to check out our PRO forum (you can read and search, just not post) since others have asked about issues with WPML. Unfortunately, it is likely that the conflict is with WPML and Community Events and is currently unavoidable. I wish I could bring you better news.
