MemberHi Brian,
Good question. That’s not a feature we have built into WooTickets. However, because our plugin acts as a bridge between The Events Calendar and WooCommerce, you can often add WooCommerce extensions to give you more functionality. I don’t know if what you describe would be possible, but I recommend that you explore some of their extensions page and get in touch with their support team. They’ll likely be able to help further.

MemberHi Evangelia,
Thanks for getting in touch. Would you mind posting your question in our Community Events forum? This forum is for pre-sales questions, and we handle support in the other forums. If you post there, we’ll get you a response as soon as possible.
Thanks,

MemberHi Bobby,
If you want to upgrade to a different license level, you can email us at [email protected] and we’ll give you a discount coupon for the price of the lower level. So if you have a $100 Business license and want to upgrade to a $250 Developer license, we will give you $100 off your purchase of a Developer license. Does that answer your question?

MemberHey Rich,
I’m glad we could get things cleared up, and I apologize if things weren’t clear from the get-go. I appreciate your support and patience. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do here.

MemberHi Naero,
Thanks for your interest in Events Calendar PRO. At this time, the Recurring Events feature does not include the ability to exclude events from a recurring series. You would need to essentially stop the series, then make another recurring series that started after the date you wanted to skip. We’ve had several customers request this feature, however, and will consider adding it in a future version. If you’d like to add your vote, you can see the thread here.

MemberHi Sandro,
Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in adding Facebook Events.
There are many events, where you need to be like fanpage to access. How does your plugin manage this? Can facebook App become friends with the fanpage and thus access contents of the events listing of that fanpage?
Because of how the Facebook API works, our plugin can only import events that are marked as public on Facebook. Events that are marked as Friends Only or for Friends of Friends cannot be imported. Does that answer you question?
I’m not sure about the customizations. I’ll have Jonah weigh in here when he’s back online on Monday. He can hopefully shed some light on the issue.

MemberHi Rich,
The plugin itself will continue to function in its current version, but you will not be able to move it around once the license is expired.
So, in essence it sounds like because I didn’t register all 3 sites I wanted to use before my support expired, I can’t assign it to anything?
That is correct.

MemberHi birchmere,
Thanks for your patience here. What you’re describing definitely doesn’t sound right, and I want to make sure we get it straightened out. Could you show me a screenshot of your page at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/ please? You can email it to me at [email protected] (and reference this post) or upload it and drop the url here with the reply set as private.
Thanks,

MemberHi Richard,
Thanks so much for the clarification. That really helped me understand the issue at hand.
Simply put, I want to use the 3 licenses I’ve already purchased previously. But it wouldn’t let me assign any new domains to that paid-for license.
When you purchase a license, you get 1 year of support, updates, and downloads. After the year is up, the license will not longer work unless you renew. That’s why you weren’t able to add it to any other sites. The renewal is not only for support, but for the license itself, and the update privileges that come with it. The plugin continues to function, but you can’t add it to other sites or update the the latest version once the license is expired.
Happily, since you’ve now renewed your license in order to post here, you have also renewed your ability to move the license keys around, and to download and update to the latest plugin releases. If you still need to move the license key to a different site, check out this mini tutorial on the subject. And of course we’d be happy to help out with that process here on the forums as well.
I hope that helps resolve the issue. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I want to make things right. If you’d like, I can provide a partial refund on your most recent purchase (a belated discount, effectively) or a free license for one of our other add-on plugins. If you’re interested, send me at email ([email protected]).

MemberDoes Wootickets have the same features as Events Calendar pro?
No, WooTickets and Events Calendar PRO are different add-ons to our core plugin, The Events Calendar. You can read about the features of each one on their product pages, linked from the menu at the top of this page.
If you want to have the PRO functionality and sell events through WooCommerce, you will need the free plugin, The Events Calendar, and the two premium plugins, Events Calendar PRO and WooTickets.
Does that clear things up?

MemberHi Rich,
Thanks for getting in touch. I see how the situation would be frustrating, and I’m here to make sure we get things straightened out for you.
Just to make sure I’ve understood correctly: you now have a new, valid Business license and have 2-3 sites that you want to use it with. Is that correct? If not, please let me know and I’ll adjust my reply as needed.
Assuming that is correct, you can add that new valid license key to the two (or three) sites you want to use it on, including that live URL you mentioned. You can see what sites the license key is linked to on your tri.be account under Account Central –> License Keys. From there you can disconnect defunct URLs that you no longer need a license for.
I am happy to report that our upcoming version 3.0 will be a free update for those three sites since you now have a valid license for them. Those licenses give you access to all our updates for a year, including 3.0 and beyond, in addition to our support services.
If you ever have an issue like this in the future, always feel free to email us directly at [email protected]. Hopefully the above will help you get things up and running for your current sites. When you have more sites and need another license, please email me referencing this thread and I can give you a discount on your purchase. If you have any more questions or wish to discuss this further, please reply here or send an email. I appreciate your patience and understanding, and I want to make sure you have a positive support experience.
Best,
LeahLeah

MemberHello TFrye,
Thanks for your interest in Events Calendar PRO. At this time, the plugin does not have that kind of custom recurrence available. Those would need to be separate events, since they take place at separate dates and times and do not occur in a basic pattern.

LeahLeah
MemberHi Hassan,
That’s a good question. I’m not sure- can you recommend a list of ADA requirements so I can check? Also, if it would help you can check out our demo site to see the plugin in action. If things like font size would need to be changed, that’s possible with a bit of custom code.
Thanks,
LeahLeah
MemberHi Eric,
Yes, it will. We always check to make sure that our plugins are compatible with the default WordPress themes.
