    Hi Leo,

There isn’t a perfect way to do something like that at the moment, although you do have some options. You could make a multi-day event and specify the exact times in the event description. Then people would buy a ticket for the whole event. Another option would be to have three separate event entries (which would allow different times) and allow customers to buy a ticket for the whole thing on only one event page.

I’d love to have you both add your votes to our UserVoice forum thread in favor of adding more random recurring event options. Hopefully we’ll be adding this feature in a future build.

    Hi Vidal,

Thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, we are not ready to release the CSV Importer yet. We’ve been devoting all our resources to the actual 3.0 release. However, that’s coming out soon and then hopefully we’ll be able to finish up and release the importer. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch. It is possible to have different categories show on different pages by using category-specific links in your site menu. You can do that with or without PRO. However, it is not possible (in either plugin) to show different content at the top of each, as it is technically the same page. It may be possible to achieve this with some customizing or a third party plugin.

I recommend that you download our free plugin, The Events Calendar, and do a bit of experimenting with that. The Events Calendar has the same category functions as I described above, so you play with it and test customizations with no risk. You would only want to add PRO if you wanted some of the other PRO-only features.

    Does that answer your question?

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for getting in touch. At this time, there is no built in way to charge people for event submissions. However, you’re definitely not the first person to suggest it and we may add it in a future version. I’d encourage you to add your votes to the idea in our UserVoice forum.

    Cheers,
    Leah

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in WooTickets. Each event can have multiple dates (with the recurring events settings) but only one time. You could still have the individual times you need, but they would be listed as separate events. Users could select the date and time they wanted a tour, and then buy the ticket from there. Would that work for you?

It may be possible to customize the plugin so that time slots are included within one event page and date, but it would take some pretty in-depth work. And I’m afraid we wouldn’t be able to provide much support on such a complex project.

Does that answer your questions? I’d be happy to elaborate as needed. Thanks again for your interest.

    Cheers,
    Leah

    Hey Jane,

I’m apologize for the long wait. Developing and perfecting version 3.0 has taken longer than we anticipated, but we the time we’ve taken means we’re releasing a really good, complete, rigorously tested and highly customizable plugin.

I understand how frustrating it’s been to wait for us, and I really appreciate your patience. I am very happy to report that it is now a matter of days, not weeks or months, until release. I understand if you need to find another solution, but if you and your members can stick it out just a bit longer without a search function, I think you’ll be really glad you waited.

We are past our final beta period now, but if it would help I can give you our last beta code. That would allow you to see the changes and prepare for the big upgrade. However, as with all beta software, it will still have some issues and we don’t recommend that you use it on a live site. Additionally, we wouldn’t be able to provide any support for that beta. If that still interests you, please email me at pro (at) tri.be.

    Hi Jane,

Version 3.0 will be launching very, we’re just putting the finishing touches on and updating documentation now. Making a search feature would require some custom coding, and I highly recommend that you wait just a bit more to get 3.0, which will have it built right in. I really appreciate your patience, and I promise it will be worth it 😀 Keep an eye on our website and social media for an announcement.

    Hi Storm,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in Events Calendar PRO.

The bad news is that the current PRO plugin does not have a build in way to display events as they are in that cool example. But the good news is that in our soon-to-be-release Events Calendar PRO 3.0, you can achieve something similar using the Advanced Upcoming Events Widget with the List View. When users click on a day in the widget, they’ll see a list of that day’s events. Additionally, PRO 3.0 has a Day View so users can see just the events on a selected date. Check out a video preview of Day View here.

If you have any further questions, just let me know.

    Hi Jenn,

If you’re using The Events Calendar there is a simple list widget available. For Events Calendar PRO, there is an Advanced Upcoming Event Widget as well as a sidebar Calendar widget. You can some screenshots on the PRO Product Page and on our demo site.
