MemberThat’s great Laura! Thanks for the update. I’m really glad it’s working for you now. We are still looking into the Headway theme, thank you for your patience on that.

MemberHi Robin,
We do our best to add the features our users are asking for, but it’s true that there are still plenty of things we haven’t gotten to. I’d love to be able to tell you that we can add a fail-proof option to the Themer’s Guide right away, but we are a small company with a limited support team. We’re working hard to help folks get their calendars updated to 3.0 and our bandwidth is concentrated in the forums at this time. I’m sorry we can’t be of more help at this time, and I appreciate your understanding and support.

MemberHi kineticbuzz,
Thanks for your note. There isn’t a built in way to restrict the location search, although you might be able to customize one if you are willing to dive into the code.
Also, although the location search itself is not limited, your map view will zoom into one country if all your events take place there. So if your events are scattered around the UK, the map view initial load will be just UK with the events plotted, and users can search by location from there. You can also limit the New Event page to only show one country as an option under Venue, if you only have events in one country and want to streamline event creation.
I hope the above is at least of some help. Let me know if I can do anything further.

MemberHi David,
Thanks for your note. I’m sorry the license keys are giving you trouble. The correct place to input the license keys is under Events –> Settings on the License Keys tab. However, sometimes the input field disappears when the install is running incongruous versions of the plugin. You said that you were using TEC 3.0.1 and PRO 3.0.2 right? That should work. Could you post a screenshot of your Events –> Settings License Keys tab?
The issue of the disappearing events is a bug we just found in 3.0.2. Happily, we got a fix out this morning in the form of 3.0.3. So I highly recommend that you go ahead and update to PRO 3.0.3 (still with TEC 3.0.1). Again, those version are compatible. That should resolve the issue with the calendar not displaying. It may also be effecting the license keys tab, although I’m not sure. Please update and let me know if that changes anything.
Thank you for your patience while we figure this out.

MemberHi koledarcek,
That feature is not built in, although it might be possible with some custom code. However, we are also working on a Filters Bar add-on that will let users sort events by tag, category, venue, and much more. You can check out a preview here (although note that the plugin did not ship with Events 3.0 and is still in progress.)
Cheers,
