    Hi Matt,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! Yes, Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus can be used without the calendar plugin. You can allow tickets to be sold on posts, pages, products, or any other custom post types. Let me know if I can answer any other questions.

    Cheers,

    Leah

    Hi Jamie,

I checked out your license and it looks like you were able to get things working. Can you confirm? I suspect you ran into a temporary server blip and a second try got everything sorted for you.

If you are still having trouble, do let me know and I’d be happy to troubleshoot further.

    Hi Trevor,

Yes, you do delete the PRO plugin, but you shouldn’t loose any of your data. It will all reappear once you’ve installed the new version. That said, we always recommend that you backup your database before doing a manual update, just in case.

    Hi Laurin,

Glad to hear you renewed and got the emails. I suspect that we had a minor outage in our reminder emails which caused the issue here. Please note that you can always check the status of your license keys on your user account page. The expiration date for a key is also available on your site under Events –> Settings –> License Keys where it is listed as valid.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hi Trevor,

I’m sorry this continues to be an issue for you. It’s possible that the problem has to do with the versions being different. I recommend that you do a manual update to get Events Calendar PRO up to version 4.0.4, and then try entering the license key again.

If that still doesn’t work, please put the license key into the field in the Settings, and then take a screenshot of the entire screen for me. That will help me diagnose this issue further. It would also be helpful if you shared your system information with us in a private reply.

    Hi Trevor,

Thanks for getting in touch. Can you double check under Events –> Settings –> License Keys and make sure you have your license key entered there and saved? If there’s no key, the premium updates won’t be available on the site.

If you don’t see a key there, you can follow this guide to inputting your key. If there is a valid key there but there are still no updates available on your WordPress Updates page, you might try disconnecting and reconnecting the key as described here.

    Cheers,

    Leah

    Hi Devon,

Thanks for getting in touch! As described in this article, you can technically use one Personal license for one live site, and just do manual updates on your various staging sites. That said, it’s certainly easier to be able to do automatic updates on your development sites as well as the live sites.

If you want to be able to do automatic updates on all of your sites, you’ll want an Agency level license. If you only need automatic updates on 2-3 sites and can do manual updates on the others, then you will be good with a Business level license.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi laurindavis,

Yes, we do send out renewal reminders- 30 days before expiration, 15 days before expiration, and then the day the license expires. You might double check and make sure that the email address listed on the account is still current. I also recommend that you add our email (support /at/ theeventscalendar.com) to your whitelist/contacts to prevent the note from getting stuck in a spam filter.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hi websource,

We are planning on adding this feature in the future. However, it will almost definitely be a part of the premium tickets plugin, Event Tickets Plus, and not included in the free Event Tickets RSVP plugin.

I recommend that you add your vote to the UserVoice feature request page. That way you’ll be notified when the feature is available. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve and expand our plugins!

    Best,

    Leah
