ParticipantHi Andrew,
I’m sorry, but we made a decision a while back to no longer accept Pay Pal. We do accept major credit cards via Stripe, however. As an option, you could request a Pay Pal debit card and use that to pay. Or any Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover, or JCB card will work.

ParticipantHey Roberto,
It is a priority issue for us, but I can’t give you a specific release or date that it might be ready. Sorry I can’t give you any more than that at the current time.

ParticipantHey thomasek,
Renaming files could certainly have an impact, so maybe you want to try downloading in a different browser to prevent the auto-unzipping.
Also, when I go to your site, it looks to be down or broken. I’m not able to see much of anything at the moment, so it’s hard to figure out what’s going on exactly.
Can you try re-downloading the zip file and reinstalling the plugin to see if that helps the situation?

ParticipantHey alzbetkai,
If the issue is caused by your theme, I can’t help you much there. You’ll want to talk to your theme developer to see if they can make the needed changes.
But looking at your screenshots, I’m not sure I see the problem. The calendar looks pretty good to me, except maybe some padding around the grid? If that’s all you’re looking to change the Themer’s Guide mentioned earlier might help. And while it’s for a completely different issue, our snippet for the mini-calendar might be helpful – but it would be reverse for you – add padding, not take it away.
Does that get you headed the right direction?

ParticipantHey elsie,
I’d be happy to take a closer look. But I am wondering which Facebook event(s) you are trying to import so that I can test it. Do you have a Facebook Page that you are pulling from?

ParticipantHi bmcofnc,
Oh, my apologies on the black box info. I thought you also had our PRO add-on installed. Never mind about that then.
Boy, I’m just not able to duplicate that here. Does it happen for you consistently on a variety of events? Have you tried importing from other Facebook Pages? What happens if you set your WordPress time to just straight up UTC? Does the discrepancy still show up?
I will admit to being a bit stumped on this one.

ParticipantHi elsie,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble importing from Facebook. Sometimes the issue is with the Facebook API. Can you tell me what event(s) you are trying to import so I can take a look at that?

Participantjfeisabel,
So, this is the event you’re trying to import: https://www.facebook.com/events/647079485312387
And you’ve put the event ID (647079485312387) in the Events > Import: Facebook area (http://d.pr/i/pWbe). And then you get the error message you mentioned earlier. Is that correct?
I did get to your site, but it looks like you’ve got a custom template in place on the /events/ page. Have you checked your database to see if the event is in there, but just not being displayed on your site?
Also, it’s always helpful to send the system information found in the black box at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help tab. Could you include that in a message? Private message if you prefer.

ParticipantHi Fabio,
I totally understand your desire to dig into the backend, however, it’s not something we’re currently set up to do. I can share this screenshot of the recurring event area for a new event http://d.pr/i/YYuk. It does assume some sort of regularity of recurrence, not just random dates. If you’ve got random dates, I would just enter them separately and give them a common name, category, or tag to connect them.
Does that help answer your question?

ParticipantHi Aaron,
Have you seen our tutorial on changing the Venue / Organizer labels? (https://tri.be/relabeling-the-venueorganizer-sections-in-single-event-view/) It’s perhaps not exactly copy and paste in this case, but does it give you enough direction to make the changes you need?
