1) Does the calendar have a list view with just the tiles and the date. That way it will be easier to skim through it and easier to print on one page.
2)I noticed in the calendar view, when i role over a session, it shows the whole description in one huge pop up. Can I have it just show a few lines of excerpt of it with a more.. at the end.
3) Also, I have a custom theme, the drop down for some reason overlaps the calendars search bar. is this something to be fixed on the theme or the calendar. see image http://i.tinyuploads.com/vBk3ZX.jpg

You’ve got some great ideas there in questions 1 & 2, and they’re completely do-able, but it would require customization to do it. If you’d like to check out our resources in the Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/) you can see what would be involved to put that together.

Your last question is better asked on The Events Calendar PRO forum (if you’ve purchased the PRO add-on) or over at http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ for The Events Calendar. They’ll be better able to help you get that sorted.
