MemberHi Kasia,
Thank you for posting this, it is very helpful.
Can you confirm you are running the latest versions of all our plugins and add-ons, and using the latest version of WordPress and also Twenty Eleven theme?
Also, have you tried all of the following:
Try setting your permalinks to ‘postname’ in Settings > Permalinks?
Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks (it does it automatically)?
Try increasing the PHP memory for your website: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/?
Once I know we have ruled out all the most common causes of these types of problems, I can find out if this is a bug and if we can get some more advanced help on the issue.
Thanks!

Hi Grace, I updated events calendar as requested. And bug with different category date hyperlinks disappeared! Awesome! Now about homepage, where I’m trying to load different category contents in grid view. Can you help me with that now? Issue#2: Homepage category variation, grid view problem – develop.primediart.com/project/Sandroz/gudauri/ (grid view displays global events from all categories) develop.primediart.com/project/Sandroz/gudauri/?show=list (list view correctly displays only 2 events from correct category)
—Thank you for updating the calendar. I’m glad that solved your first problem.
For Issue #2, this is really a customization request, which we don’t normally support here on the forums. However, I am going to see if there is someone who can have a look and recommend a quick fix for you. No guarantees though 🙁

MemberHi Mike, I don’t think the ID is the page name, it is a number, did you follow the instructions in the Facebook New User Primer? https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/facebook-importer-new-user-primer/
Let me know if this helps.

MemberHi Jason, I found only one other post of a user saying they had this problem, but they never replied so I’m guessing their problem was solved rather easily. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-categories/
If you can confirm you’ve tried all of the above instructions and let me know what versions of the plugins and add-ons you’re running, as well as that you haven’t modified any of the files, I can try to get a higher level of support to help you out.
Thanks!
Joyce Grace
MemberHi Jason, can you also confirm you haven’t attempted to modify any of the plugin files?
Joyce Grace
MemberHello Jason,
Are you using the latest version of all our plugins?
Can you tell me the method and steps you took to create each category?
I will have a look around to see if this is a known issue others are having.
In the mean time, can you also please help me by confirming you’ve tried all of the following to rule out the most common causes for these types of errors?
1. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict?
2. Have you tried reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if it’s something with your theme?
3. Try setting your permalinks to ‘postname’ in Settings > Permalinks?
4. Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks (it does it automatically)?
5. Try increasing the PHP memory for your website: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/?Joyce Grace
MemberHello Tony,
Can you please link to your site when posting requests for help like this?
Also, have you had a look at our Themer’s guide for a solution to this yet? https://theeventscalendar.com/themers-guide-to-the-events-calendar/
You may need to create a new template, since the templates included by default may not work well with your theme (by the sounds of it). However this is really a customization issue, so there’s only so far we can go to help out.
We also have technical documentation here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation
You could also try replacing the Dynamic Widgets plugin with something else to achieve what you want it to do.

MemberHi Erika,
I had a look and I get this error when trying to visit the link you showed me:u1605631.fsdata.se
Sidan är under konstruktion, välkommen tillbaka!

However it sounds like this is a theme issue and you need to modify your CSS styling to get the box to fit.
I would need to see the site though to see if I can help.

MemberHi Julien,
I have already contacted the person who does the fancy footwork and bumps things up to the next release, so perhaps he’ll be able to help you out and take your kind advice for the near future 🙂Joyce Grace
MemberHello Julien, yes, we know about all of this 🙂 That is why Rob said there were no guarantees. We take the most top priority issues and work our way down, and sometimes there’s just no time or human capacity to do everything. We hope this will get released soon though!

MemberHello Rob, your site looks like it’s working now – is everything ok?
Are you saying you get this error message if you try to update the plugins? Are the plugins active now?
Can you please make sure and confirm with me that you’ve done all of the following to rule out the most common causes for these errors?
1. Are you running the latest version of WordPress?
2. Are you running the latest versions of our plugins (2.0.7)?
3. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict?
4. Have you tried reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if it’s something with your theme?
5. Try setting your permalinks to ‘postname’ in Settings > Permalinks?
6. Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks (it does it automatically)?
7. Try increasing the PHP memory for your website: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/?Thanks!

MemberHello Kyle,
As it stands, the multisite licensing is still in the works so realistically you should be fine using a single license on your network – but if you email pro at tri.be, we can give you details about that and how it’ll function upon release.
Basically the sub-calendar will work fine on an MU install, but we’re unfortunately not yet at a stage where all of those can aggregate on the higher top-level category.
I hope this helps!

MemberHi Leonard,
I deleted your last post because you were posting very personal information on a public forum. Someone could steal your key by you doing that. When did you buy your PRO license? The key is valid for one year.
Did you try the upload method that Rob suggested? Try that first and if it still doesn’t work let us know.
But please don’t post your transaction information here. If we need your personal information we will specifically ask you for it and we will give you an e-mail to send it to us privately. However we shouldn’t need it for your case.

MemberHello Davida, yes it’s the same link but the information is now updated from the time you read it the first time.

MemberHello Sandro,
The linking problem with the different events categories is a bug and we’ve logged it to be fixed as soon as we can, though we can’t guarantee any dates.
If you are not up to our latest versions, and are not willing to do a simple copy and paste of your files to your theme folder to be able to do an update, there is not much we can do to help you, I’m sorry.
The code is going to be different, the lines will be different, etc. and it is really hard for us to help you if you can’t help us with this first step.
