ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Currently, the upgrades should have a discount included in the price. You don’t need to add an additional coupon code to get the discount at this time.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Peter,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble using our calendar. The issue that you’re seeing there definitely isn’t associated with any settings or configuration directly within our plugins. All events, by default, should be open and accessible to all traffic on your site.
As a first step here, try following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if you can find a conflict with another plugin here that can maybe help in getting to the root of the issue here.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey Bradley,
Thanks for following up with this information!
I took a look at your account and it appears that you can go through the upgrade process on all of your plugins from the https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/ page. Once at the cart, you can use the coupon code “rejuvenate” until tomorrow to get the discount on the upgrade as well.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Chris,

For the first issue:
The default payment options tab for CE says ‘paypal’ even it that is not a payment option .
Is that in reference to the Payment Option available to Event Organizer creating events on your site under their accounts at “http://example.com/events/community/payment-options”?
Currently, the only payment option available for organizers creating events to split payments on the site is to use PayPal.
We do have a feature request for the integration with Stripe that we would love to get your votes on though. You can check out that conversation here https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13051791-add-stripe-to-community-tickets
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Bradley,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with our plugins. Is this a persisting issue that you’re still experiencing on your site? If so, would you mind sending over the link or attaching the .ics file that you’re using for this import so I can do some further testing here?
Thanks!
November 28, 2016 at 7:33 am in reply to: Event Aggregator purchase should have been free, with existing Importer #1198301Josh
ParticipantHey Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You definitely should have received an Event Aggregator license since you were an existing customer of one of our Importer plugins.
Looking at your account here, you do appear to have 2 active licenses for Event Aggregator. If you wouldn’t mind, could you request a refund for your purchase here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/ ?
Once completed, come back here and I’ll make sure that you’re working with the correct license to have the Event Aggregator working on your site.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Erica,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We do have an option that you could pursue that would most likely work for what you’re trying to accomplish here.
The default option would be to supply the built-in iCal feed to users to add to their systems for regular import (http://example.com/events/?ical=1) however the feed only shows the current month and wouldn’t update as you add new events.
Alternatively, you could add the following to your site’s functions.php file or within a custom snippets plugin to extend the iCal feed to show events for the entire year:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/ab1f7c4d95723ee6f892
You could then supply “http://example.com/events/?ical=1&year-feed=1” for your visitors to subscriber and they would be able to import all events for the upcoming year.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Jeff,
I apologize for the delay here, we were celebrating the Thanksgiving Holiday here last week.
To help rule out the settings we apply here for showing the tickets, do they show up if you force the conditional to always show as true? You can test this out by adding the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/BeardedGinger/3e91a8a1b3612451d1f0e0c0a87dd80b
Let me know if this changes the display there.
Thanks!
November 28, 2016 at 7:02 am in reply to: Cannot locate ZIP file of EventBrite to import into plugin #1198264Josh
ParticipantHey Katharina,
Thanks for following up here!
The zip package that you’ve opened up to reveal the plugins files there is the same one that would be uploaded to your site. The files you’re seeing there are all the files within the plugin.
This may be different than other marketplaces that have a package download with an additional zip file of the plugin within the original download. That isn’t the case with ours. Our plugins can be uploaded directly from the download zip from the site.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
November 28, 2016 at 6:58 am in reply to: Hiding the actual tickets from WordPress search engine #1198260Josh
ParticipantHey Hans,
No problem, happy to help!
Definitely, we piggyback on the WooCommerce hidden products feature there. It is odd that those are showing in the search results but doing some research there it does appear that it has come up a few times and may be adjusted on their end sometime in the future.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!
November 23, 2016 at 4:53 pm in reply to: Cannot locate ZIP file of EventBrite to import into plugin #1196804Josh
ParticipantHey Kat,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can find your available plugins for download by visiting https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ while logged into your account here.
From there, you can download the zip file for the Eventbrite plugin and upload into your WordPress site. Once uploaded and activated, you should see the option for adding your license key for the plugin under the Events > Settings > Licenses tab. The license added there will give you access to the automatic updates of the plugin when they’re available.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
November 23, 2016 at 1:06 pm in reply to: Using tribe_event_is_on_date() even more conditionally #1196715Josh
ParticipantHey Randy,
That option would just use your WordPress timezone globally for all events created on your site rather than the timezone option set for each event. This can be convenient if all the events on your site are in the same timezone, however it wouldn’t impact the issue we are resolving with the global timezone we’re setting in the code there.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
