ParticipantHi, I had an expired (2-3 months) Event Importer but saw that if I had a legacy Importer the Aggregator would be free, so I renewed the license on my Importer and then tried to get the Aggregator, but was charged for it. Now I have entered the license number for both and am unable to get the Aggregator to appear as the instructions indicate it would. I don’t think I should have been charged the $89 for the Aggregator, when I had the Importer already installed. I thought I followed the instructions for the Aggregator install properly. I shouldn’t be charged for both of these since you say that the Importer will no longer be needed with the Aggregator. Can you help?

ParticipantHey Mary,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You definitely should have received an Event Aggregator license since you were an existing customer of one of our Importer plugins.
Looking at your account here, you do appear to have 2 active licenses for Event Aggregator. If you wouldn’t mind, could you request a refund for your purchase here https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/ ?
Once completed, come back here and I’ll make sure that you’re working with the correct license to have the Event Aggregator working on your site.
Thanks!

ParticipantJosh, I have requested a refund per your instructions. The license that I paid for per the receipt is this one: f9d30bdeed2371c7984c5a70c22ab17fd4912dce
Attached is a screenshot from my order confirmation/receipt, in case it would help.
Now can you make sure I have an active license per your email down below, as it looks like the license number is still the same as on the receipt (f9d30bdeed2371c7984c5a70c22ab17fd4912dce)? Thanks!
Mary

ParticipantHey Mary,
Thanks for following up here!
When you’re logged in here on the site, go to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/. There you should see two license keys for Event Aggregator. If you add the one the one opposite the key you’ve just requested a refund for, your key will continue to work on your site once the refund is processed.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
