ParticipantHey Saulo,
Awesome! I’ve followed up in the email.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. You’ll still receive follow-ups in the first thread created for this issue as we make progress.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Brian,
You can include this wherever you would like within the event templates following our Themer’s Guide.
For example, if you wanted to add the cost to the event displaying within the list view, you would copy the src > views > list > single-event.php into your theme within a “tribe-events” folder that you add at tribe-events > list > single-event.php.
From there, you can open the file and add the snippet above (customized for your additional field name) to display your cost for the event.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Sean,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To help get you pointed in the right direction for a possible solution here I had a quick question to clarify. When you say “add multiple times with variable stock for each time” are you referring to the time of the event or are you referring to the start and end sales time for tickets on a single event that has a set date and time?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey James,

You can accomplish this using our iCal Importer plugin. For the secondary site, you can setup a recurring import from your main site using the plugin and have those events imported automatically.
Let me know if this helps.

ParticipantHey James,

I just tested a custom stylesheet on my local install and the styles persisted both when initially loading as well as when navigating through multiple months.
I took a look at your site linked above but didn’t notice any tribe-events.css files being loaded via your theme. Do you still have that file active within your theme?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey James,
Would you mind posting a full snippet of what you’re trying to use here?
Based on the snippets above, you wouldn’t be able to get the information from “$venue_info” because that would have a post object rather than just the venue_id.
However, if you follow the three snippets above provided by George, you should be able to get the title by modifying his last snippet to use “get_the_title( $venue_id ); ”
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey James,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Did the issues with styling occur after updating the Avada theme? Are you able to temporarily rollback to the previous version of the theme to see if this addresses those styles?
Updating the translation files this way can also be overwritten when updating plugins. Can you verify that you’ve updated the new translation files via Poedit and have uploaded the updated files to the language folder in the plugin on your site, ensuring that the language files is in the language folder of the appropriate event calendar plugin?
Thanks!
Josh

We unfortunately don’t have that built into the plugin as an option currently, however it is a great suggestion that we’d love to look at on our UserVoice page.
However, you can take a look at the post duplicator plugin and see if it will work for your needs here. The tickets are built as products in WooCommerce so you would be able to see them there and duplicate there. The only thing you may have issue with and may need to change, would be the ID for the associated event. The duplicator would most likely duplicate with the original event ID and that would need to be updated for the new event that you’re hosting.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Joy,
Sorry to hear that you’ve run into this issue!
Do you have FTP access to your site? If so, I would recommend temporarily removing the existing Event Tickets Plus plugin from your site. You can then log into your dashboard and update the core Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins to the latest versions.
From there, you can download a fresh version (sounds like you may have gotten a partial update on the Event Tickets Plus plugin) of the Event Tickets Plus plugin from your account here https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and upload it to your site.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Gregg,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To clarify here, are you wanting to display your mult-day events showing the something like “Monday – Wednesday” rather than showing something like “June 10 – June 12”?
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Saulo,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I reviewed our internal ticket for this bug and it appears that it is being actively worked on and tentatively scheduled for our next release. However, it does appear that there have been some difficulties in addressing this one and that we are in communication with WPML to help sort out this particular issue.
So, unfortunately, although we are working on this one, I’m not able to give you a set date for a resolution here and can’t guarantee that it would be addressed within a 30 day refund window.
If you’d like, would you send a refund request https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/ and specifically request for me (Josh) in the request and I can get something worked out for you so you’re able to still see the progress on the issue and able to re-purchase if we’re able to get this one resolved in a timeframe that fits your schedule.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Jon,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Can you take a look at the associated Venues for the events that are displaying and ensure that they have appropriate Address information associated with them and that the have the longitude and latitude settings completed for them?
Thanks!
