The timezone difference is the usual culprit in this scenario but it sounds like the differences you’re seeing are quite sporadic. The next step would be to follow the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a plugin or theme conflict that is causing the issue.
Let me know if that turns up anything different.
Thanks!

I’m glad you were able to narrow down the root cause as the WordPress SEO plugin. Is there a title option within that plugin that you’re able to define the title for the 404 page? I wonder if the conditionals which allow for that setting to show are wide enough to where the default events page is just happening to fall into that range.
To be honest, I’m not sure why a broken link checker would be showing an active page as a broken link. Are you using a plugin on your site to test for these broken links? If so, you could try deactivating and reactivating the plugin to see if it clears the events view from it’s listing.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello crash6711,
Thanks for reaching out to us! It’s usually best to open a new support ticket even if the issue seems similar to an existing ticket. This will ensure that we’re able to get you a response as quickly as possible.
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. As an initial question, was there any update once you completed the duplicate cleanup available with the linked plugin?
Thanks!

Unfortunately that isn’t something that can be accomplished as a modification to the content of the widget that is being output by the plugin. You could try this plugin from the WordPress.org repository to see if it gives you the necessary functionality that you’re looking for.
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct response however I hope this was able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello michael,

This is definitely a strange issue to be having. I see the issue you’re describing on your site however I’m unfortunately unable to replicate on my local install. As an initial step, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure that this isn’t a plugin or theme conflict?
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused but hopefully we can get to the root of the issue quickly.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello danielp,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This issue has been a very peculiar one for us since we have consistently been unable to replicate or find a line of consistency. Our overall suspicion is that this could potentially by a plugin conflict, however with the nature of the issue requiring the needed time to test, we’ve been unable to verify that suspicion.
If you have the ability, would you be able to setup a new install on your server and include just a default theme and just The Events Calendar plugins you listed above?
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused but hopefully this will help us to get to the bottom of this issue and help to get the problem resolved.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello carcal1,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Welcome to the world of WordPress! We hope you’re enjoying it and our calendar so far 🙂
Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t create a page within WordPress to house the calendar. However, you can use the Event Rocket plugin to make the calendar your home page via the settings that you’re describing within the Settings -> Reading section of your dashboard.
Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHello Abrams,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The simplest way to move the Tribe Events Bar would be to follow our Themer’s Guide and copy the necessary calendar views into your theme and then move where the bar gets pulled in. By default, it gets pulled in on the top level file for each of the views. For example, for the month/grid view it gets pulled in via the month.php file. To get it to display where you would like, you can remove it from that file and then add it below the page title within the month -> content.php file.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
